I don’t usually do reviews, but I feel I need to because I am sick of wasting my money on poor tasting food. The last probably 5 times I’ve gone to this location for lunch, the mozzarella sticks have been soft and soggy. They are disgusting. I inquired about why they were always soft and soggy. I was told it’s because they pre make them before lunch rush and they sit under a warmer so they can serve them faster at lunch. If you know they are soggy, why do that????? I would gladly wait the 3-4 minutes for fresh ones to be made. I would recommend this location be talked to about pre making these as it doesn’t take long for the grease to make them soft and soggy. The price is way too high for these, just to receive them not fresh.

I don’t mind paying a little more for a sandwich but there was hardly any meat or my French dip. Usually they are pretty good but this was not worth the money for sure and the staff is not very personable or friendly

I just had my last Arby’s. I asked for hot curly fries with my classic beef and cheddar, fries, and Reuben. I bought this same food last week at the Arby’s on MLK in Lansing, Michigan all of which was cold. Tonight I thought I would try the one on West Saginaw and it was the same story. I specifically asked for hot fries, but unfortunately, it was the same story. I don’t want a free meal, I just wanted to let you know because this is how businesses fail. Goodbye.

Service was quick and the staff are always wonderful. The sandwich i received was soggy and jalepeno bites were so old they just tasted like grease. Ive never had issues until today but.. my whole dinner was just sucky.

Went there at 11am on a Friday for lunch. Received friendly, prompt service from Lydia. She was great. Ordered the Grand Turkey Club with potato cakes and a vanilla shake. Hubby ordered the large roast beef sandwich with curly fries and a fountain pop. Both sandwiches were well-made, not sloppy, and piled high with meat. The sides were hot, crispy and freshly made. The pop had proper syrup to water ratio and good carbonation. The vanilla shake was smooth and creamy and cold. The only miss is that my sandwich dripped water the entire time I was eating it. The lettuce and tomato didn’t seem wet from rinsing so I’m thinking the mayo was separating due to the warmth of the meat. Also, the shake has quite a large amount of whipped cream topping, so if you don’t care for whipped cream then order without. The dining area was clean and the condiments and napkins stocked. Quiet, pleasant atmosphere. I would go there again.

Last night, A worker was mopping floors in the lobby without wearing any gloves. He then went behind the counter and started handling orders without washing his hands. If I see this again, I will be contacting the Eaton County Health Department.

I went through the drive through and ordered a pulled pork sandwich combo and two buffalo sliders. I was about 3/4 of the way through the first slider and noticed it was completely raw on the inside. Pink and clear, ugh. I inspected the second one by taking a small bite. It looked okay there but when I took a larger bite, it was also completely raw. They refunded my money.
