Swung by Taco John’s for a quick bite, and it filled the hole pretty good. Tacos come out warm, plenty meat and taters, and for the price I can’t fuss too much. Place was decent clean and the folks at the counter were friendly, even if the order took a minute longer than I figured. Nothin fancy, just simple food that hits the spot when you’re on the go.

TJ’s is always good and this spot did not disappoint.
I’m a fan, so it was easy to make me happy.
Spanish speaking location had great staff, but the facility is in disrepair.
Also, it’s for sale (and it shows).

Ordered 3 meals and only received 2 so had to go back and then they made me feel like I was being dishonest and I certainly wasn’t. I just wanted my supper that I paid for and didn’t receive. The girl talking on the drive thru speaker needs to speak up and actually act like she wants to work because the tone in her voice shows she has no value in customer service at all.

As I’m sitting here right now, we are wondering why at 8pm they have their salsa bar taken apart already. You have to ask for salsa. And then instead of bringing it to you, they just yell “hey” and point to your salsa sitting on the counter. Then we go to get our drinks and their ice machine on their soda fountain is empty, and they tell you it’s been empty since lunch. Then when I asked if they had ice tea, I was told that they are out, and aren’t planning on making anymore. This has been a horrible experience. I can go early say that the $50 we spent on dinner, will never be spent here again. I don’t know who is in charge of this place, but they need to make some serious changes. I’m beyond disappointed. Don’t waste your time visiting this Taco Johns. Find another one.
