Boyfriend’s sandwich was fine as they listened to what he wanted, but worker didn’t know how to make a wrap. The wrap is also much smaller than what is shown on the app, I’m not sure if that’s because she wasn’t sure what she was doing or what. My boyfriend did show her a pic of it on the app. He also told her to put marinara on it like it is in the app twice, which she didn’t listen to. Also, gave him the wrong cookie.

I don’t know what they put on this sandwich. I should’ve known something was up when I was putting my order in for my sandwich and a guy asked me if I want jalapeños and I said no and then when I pulled up to the window, he said you want jalapeños right and I was like no and then like hurry up and ran to the back. I asked for a little bit of mayo and the drowned the sandwich in it and they put some other sauce on here I know nothing about.

Just had the ONLY bad sandwich I have ever gotten from any SUBWAY ever!!! Ordered it with extra meat.. didn’t get it ; ordered it heated….cheese wasn’t even melted, bread was tough and I am so disappointed!!!!

This place, these people, there’s just something that you do not get anywhere else!! This subway location always gets my order right and they are so so sweet to my addiction to the tasty food. The inside is clean and quiet for a perfect lunch away from work. Online orders can sometimes have technical difficulties and the staff will call you when they think something may have went wrong rather than make any kind of assumptions. I love having the reassurance that when I order lunch my food and order are valued by the employees! You guys are wonderful, thank you even more to Jennifer who is always watching out for us

They always get my order wrong. Literally! New management doesn’t care about the quality of food going out, let alone order accuracy. It’s not hard to tell a sprite from a coke. This subway is the worst. I suggest, keep on driving.

I love the Harrogate Subway. We travel through there a couple times a month and it’s our regular stop for lunch. The owners, the manager Terri, and other staff are kind and conscientious. They remember us, greet us warmly, and the sandwiches are always good. There is a nice grassy area out back so our poodle has a lunch spot as well. One of the owners has brought water out for the pup. Don’t pass it up.

I come here multiple times a week sometimes even multiple times a day. This boy named Gabriel made an absolutely delicious Italian sandwich, the best I have ever had. This other boy named Jake gave me a wink, so friendly!!!! While he was making my sandwich, very nice boy.

I used the drive thru. There was about a ten minute wait but I think we’re all use to that by now living in a covid world. The employee was friendly and efficient. My sandwich was made to my exact request. Good job!
