Every now and then I’ll order takeout here. Food is always done within 10 minutes, and my order is always correct.
I will say that the customer service and acknowledgment once you’re in the building is hit or miss. There’s definitely no rush to be greeted or helped.
The wings are definitely lacking in terms of the amount of sauce. I will say that my pizza is always solid.
In terms of a chain restaurant, you’re getting what you pay for, but it’s one of the better ones in the area.

I am pretty sure I saw the workers behind the counter walking around in bare feet. I run the risk of having to go there again to get photo evidence…if I am there again I will be sure to take a picture and update this review.

Whoever answers the phone at this place is obviously slow and in need of an advil. Also you need to take this picture down, advertising the small pizza $5 lunch special bc you DO NOT offer that here at this location, even though it says so right here on your google page.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!! Crazy thing, we did not even ask for a refund, just for our correct pizza. This guy argued that it was our fault him or his employee put the wrong pizza in the box!!! Then he hung up. Nope!! Don’t waste your money!

Pizza was a step above Domino’s. Pizza was franchise pizza. We wanted pizza and we were in the area. Ordered a pizza with Italian sausage, said it twice , italian, got home, was their sausage which is breakfast sausage . This happened another time in South Plainfield. Should have went to an italian restaurant . It was tasty, but pricey. The person who took the order was very nice but evidently didn’t know the difference between tge 2 sausages.

We ordered a pizza from this establishment and the put the wrong pizza in the box with the correct pizza label and proceeded to deny the mistake and would not remake the pizza. The employee hung up on us when he realized that they had indeed placed the wrong pizza in the box…. I would not order from them as there is no accountability!!!!

The online delivery was timely. Everything else was delicious except for the garlic parmesan bread sticks. They were burnt and were dark brown/black in color. There were so dry from inside that we couldn’t even it them. Had to throw out. Very unfortunate!!!

Not satisfied. I’m writing this review for the second time. Ordered Large thin crust pizza and parmesan Garlic Wings. Got message as ‘orderready for pickup’. The order was not ready when I arrived at the location. I had to wait for 15 minutes. Parmesan Garlic wings was very dry with no sauce on it. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

I recently order Papa John’s in Middlesex and had a fantastic experience. The pizza was delicious, with a thin crust that was perfectly crispy and flavorful. The chicken wings were juicy and well-seasoned, adding to the meal’s enjoyment. The customer service was exemplary, with friendly and attentive staff.
