I have given this place multiple chances. The service is horrible. Last time they charged me for someone else’s order but i had already been on the drive through line for 25 min that i didn’t even have time to deal with the mistake. The drinks are not good, i don’t know who does the hiring but there people seem to need more training. I pay 7 dollars for a coffee for it to look like someone already drank out of it ? This Starbucks is a the worst Starbucks i been to and i will not go back.

On my visit to this location the staffs are very welcoming and friendly. My order was ready as i walked my drink was handed to me. While i was leaving my drink fell outside and a lady came out of her car and told me let us remake it for you and she brought me in the store and a barista remake my drink. I find that very satisfying and exceptional. She introduced herself to me. Her name is Latoya and she is the Store manager. I really appreciate her and the staff she have here. I visit this location on my way to work and they are so nice. Just want to say Thank you to Latoya and her staff.

The staff at this Starbucks are phenomenal. Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. Every morning my 2 year old daughter asks me to take her to Starbucks so she can see her “friends” (not because of the cake pop). Really great people and service here. I’m a regular.

This location is by far the absolute best to say the very least. As a person who is always on the road and stops at different locations, this is always my first go to.
Heaven and the Entire staff at this location go above and beyond and define what Customer Service is! From knowing each and every one of their customers, always a friendly greeting followed by outstanding service, This staff and location cannot be beat no matter what shift it is.

I haven’t seen such a driven and smart young lady like Heaven in quite sometime. She is beautiful inside and out . We love that she is part of Starbucks team in our neighborhood. She smiles when we walk in and immediately fires off our orders. She has taken the time to know what her regular customers drink. That is dedication to her job and we appreciate you Heaven

I wanted to get Starbucks for my Girl Scout troop, and from the moment I called, Heaven was positive, helpful, and caring. She was by far the most accountable and accommodating manager I spoke with after calling four different locations in my area. Heaven was the only one who had everything ready for us with a smile on her face and a genuine willingness to help! First off the ambiance, “MUSIC” in here is beyond loud playing club music ??
(I shot a small video with the music going and me talking, if your phone has strong wifi connection you can hear the video better) You literally cannot have a calm relaxing conversation with another person, that’s ridiculous. The ceiling is over 12 feet high which doesn’t help absorb loud sounds either.
If you’re reading this for the first time, we can probably say that the music wasn’t that loud when you visited this Starbucks location, I am happy for you
Doesn’t mean I will come back here again anyway….LOL ️ byeee
There are minimal amounts of soft cushion seats. 3 wooden tables and chairs with one very large round wooden table.. Parking is confusing from sunrise hwy as you approach the establishment..enter at the sign DRIVE THRU for the rear parking lot.
I made the mistake and drove past the sign DRIVE THRU because I thought there was a separate entrance for just parking, I was wrong so I drove through the do not enter signs. I wasn’t driving around sunrise hwy again to figure out where to go.
Even though I gave this place just 3 stars, it actually has the potential of being cosier. Drop some of the JUST KIDS working there and have an adult manager working on hand. Perhaps more soft cushion chairs in booths with some low light lamps to give it that dim bar atmosphere ?, I know that is reaching for Starbucks.
I think I will stick with the occasional Starbucks coffee, just not at this location.
