This place should have zero stars amd the lady Tabitha seemed like was high or something honestly. I ordered a 20 piece online and chose three flavors . I tried to call the store 4 times immediately after ordering that I wanted the flavors to be in increments of “5” “5” and “10” but they didn’t answer the phone. Once I arrived I politely asked for the same request . Tabitha then stated “I already put them increments of 6,6 & 7 so it’s too late”. I then explained that I tried to call four times and there was no answer and there wasn’t an option to add any comments or notes online . She then said “that’s not my problem and I’m not making anymore wings.” I then asked for a refund and she said go online and “figure it out, because you didn’t buy it in the store.” I get home the food is stale like it’s been out for hours . Look at these wings smh . One looks half eaten and the flavors weren’t even right . I already emailed the company for my refund but this is crazy.

I had a great experience here today, the atmosphere was GREAT, I was immediately greeted & felt warmly welcomed in by Noel and the gentleman she was working with today regardless of the fact that they were busy and the only two working. The food was GREAT and even more so with the buy one get one 50% off deal they do on Tuesdays & Thursdays. There’s PLENTY of free parking space and the inside is spacious enough for you to eat with family & friends, also the bathrooms were sparkling clean!! It’s not often that I walk in a restaurant where the bathroom feels sanitized & safe lol. The staff is bilingual so I definitely recommend for those who speak Español.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our company placed an online order within 24 hours for a catering-style pickup—food for 31 employees, totaling over $400. When we arrived, we were told by the manager that the order had been canceled simply because he “didn’t feel like doing it.”
We were stunned. This wasn’t a last-minute order or a small pickup—this was for a major company lunch. The manager reluctantly made the food order while we waited.
The complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service was unbelievable. We rely on businesses to honor confirmed orders, especially when serving large groups. Unfortunately, this location proved we can’t trust them with future company events. We will not be returning.

The employee was more engaged with his “baby mamma” and didn’t wait on me for an extended period.
Finally he “axed me” what I wanted.
I told him I would like to purchase a gift card. The request was met with a “huh?”
I repeatedly myself and was then told, “We ain’t got no gif card.”

Don’t waste your money here. Every part of my order was wrong and was missing multiple items. Workers were rude and could tell they were angry about something. Overall bad experience. Would not recommend.

The manager there is GREAT, (the lightskin chick) she does a good job at what she does, nice .. a great leader(i hear her helping her team) and gets the food out at a good time! Food is always great when I eat there.. place is always clean, love it!
