This place was spectacular! Really! You have to get the chicken on the waffle with pimento cheese, jalapeños, and pepper jelly. This combination is so delicious. We also got a healthier option, which was good, but we were definitely going for the less healthier option of the fried chicken and waffles. we sat outside, which was nice. If you have an enormously large party, there is a gigantic table that seats 12 ! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and was bringing things out to us even though they really didn’t have to. I highly recommend and when I’m in Nashville again I will come back even though this is actually a chain. I wish we had one in New Orleans.

Maple Street Biscuit Company is such a cute place with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the restaurant itself was very clean—including the bathrooms, which is always a plus.

We ordered the Five and Dime Biscuit and the Squawking Goat Biscuit, and both were absolutely delicious. Since the Squawking Goat was featured on the Food Network, I knew I had to give it a try, and it did not disappoint—the pepper jelly was superb and really tied the whole dish together.

While waiting for our order, we were given some complimentary sweet biscuits (I can’t remember the name of them, but they were tasty too). Little touches like that make the experience even better.

Overall, Maple Street Biscuit Co. is a great spot for a hearty, flavorful meal with excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent biscuits and gravy (one of the better gravies I have had). I also enjoyed the strong coffee!
I highly recommend this place.

We needed a stop for a light lunch while waiting for a flat tired fixed at Firestone down the street, so we went.

1. The wedge side salad: 4/5- good salad but the portion was really small. Dressing was creamy and tangy enough, good taste and flavors.

2. Farm sandwich: 4/5 – tasty, breaded chicken tasted good, not too heavy on breading and salty, very crispy and good flavors. Biscuit was good and not too doughy. Went well with apple butter. It was a very good sandwich. I would pick this over KFC or yucky Chick-fil-a which is too salty.

3. Potato tots: 3/4 – crispy and tasted good.

The famous squawking goat sandwich was great! The elements came together beautifully for a satisfying (and heavy) breakfast. The staff was lovely and gave me a Cinammon biscuit on the house as well, which was a nice touch.

The friendliness of the staff is great. All were helpful from taking our order to serving it. The food was excellent. The Squawking Goat was wonderful. The pepper jelly had a great flavor. The chicken on both the Squawking Goat and the Five and Dine were cooked perfectly. The Retro Plate was a great standard breakfast. The eggs were cooked correctly. The bacon was crisp. I forgot to ask for extra crispy bacon, which I told the server when she delivered our order. She can back with an order of extra crispy bacon at no charge. The Hash Bowl was good, but would have been better if the crispy potatoes had been crisper. It was a delightful breakfast and am looking forward to going back soon.

Very good food and service. Ordering at the counter on our first ever visit here couldn’t have gone smoother – the employee was so nice and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted.

Everything we ordered was good too. Chicken tenders were great all around. Chicken biscuit with pepper jelly was well balanced – good piece of chicken, jelly, and the biscuit too. Tater tots were crisp and not oily.

I needed some grub and heard a commercial on the radio about these guys so… bam…. in I went.

Bright and clean, friendly staff, cool selection of biscwiches (sandwiches made on biscuits) with a complementary plate of sweet biscuits…. let’s just say I ate desert first. Yum.

I got the Cuban (no pickles) and it was killer. Hot, fresh, great ingredients with a side of tater tots made for a really good lunch.

Here’s the Breakdown:

Quality food in a clean, bright place with friendly staff +5 stars

Quaint little spot. I got there right as they opened so it wasn’t crowded at all. Love the biscuit that you get while you’re waiting for your order. It is their version of a petite cinnamon roll just in biscuit form. I also had the biscuits and gravy plate with bacon and eggs. Food was very good highlight for me was the biscuits and gravy. Very well seasoned also had a little kick to it. Try this place out if you’re ever in Nashville

The food is delicious and fresh. Coffee is the best! The mimosa is made with fresh oranges and worth getting. The staff is friendly and helpful with ordering when it’s not on the menu. I try to visit here when in town. I came back and visited two more times before heading back home.
