DEAR CUSTOMERS, WORKERS, AND SUPERVISORS!! This was the worst service I’ve ever seen. The service was terrible, like horrible. The TWO workers took 25 minutes to help two couples in front of us. They had no sense of urgency whatsoever, the line was to the door and they were moving like they got payed $50 an hour. I’m surprised the ice cream didn’t melt. The blonde girl had an airpod in which is unsanitary and unprofessional. THEY ALSO WERENT WEARING GLOVES!!! That‘s disgusting. The brunette was talking nonstop to the blonde like its their world and we’re living in it. They made no effort to engage with the customers besides taking the order. When we finally order we just got two smoothies: strawberry banana and mango pineapple, simple right? It’s on their menu right? THEY WERE OUT OF BOTH BANANAS AND MANGOS.

Despite my deep love for ice cream, Cold Stone Creamery is not high on my ice cream spots list. My 3-star review is equivalent to a fan’s 5 star.
If this is your first time at Cold Stone, I recommend cake batter with a brownie mix-in. One Smart Brookie with Cake Batter is a winner. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. This location only has a few tables, but there are outdoor tables shared with the other dining establishments. Parking is also shared, so you might be scouting for a spot for a minute.

The ice cream itself was delicious, but unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing. We waited about 20 minutes, even though we were near the front of the line, just to sample a couple flavors and place our order.
The customer service was very poor. The employees were mostly gossiping and talking instead of helping customers. I had to repeat my order twice to one employee, and she ended up walking to the back without saying anything. Another employee had to come ask if I had been helped, and she was the one who finally made my order.
By the time we left, there were around 20 people waiting in line, and the slow service made the whole environment feel awkward and uncomfortable. The staff gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there, and they also never asked if I wanted any toppings mixed into my ice cream.
Great ice cream, but the service and wait time made the visit frustrating and not worth it.

The staff kind of made us feel like we inconvenienced them by coming in (it was 4:30 on a Monday). Brought my mother in law that had never tried cold stone. The place had 2 other customers inside but it wasn’t a welcoming atmosphere. Ice cream was good though. Can’t go wrong with a cheesecake fantasy and a out strawberry blonde.

December 27th, 2025 around 8:15pm. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. There were two girls working and a guy. The guy seemed good, but the girls weren’t staying on task and were too busy gossiping to each other, so the wait was very long. The girls didn’t say anything to us except what did we want and what our total was. She made snarky remarks when I asked her to change something on my ice cream that she did wrong. The other girl tried to charge us for a love it when we asked for a like it, cuz she wasn’t paying attention, and she was too busy talking to the other girl. They skipped my husband and went onto the next couple. No one was wearing gloves which is not sanitary in a food environment and touched our mix ins with bare hands. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this was a horrible experience, and we will not be returning back unless major improvements are made.

Quick service even with lots of people inside ordering. The only down-side is that this is the only location I know of that uses large gummy bears instead of miniatures and those get too hard to chew. The miniatures are better.

We showed up 10 minutes before close (9:49 pm and google showed it closed at 10), and would have been out in about 5 minutes, but the door was locked and the workers would not look at us or let us in. We were really looking forward to the ice cream, because Cold Stone is our favorite, and were sad we couldn’t get any.

It might’ve been bad on my part for coming in 5 minute before closing, but the customer service I received with the employee that helped me, wasn’t very satisfactory. I had accidentally dropped my cone, signing a dumb receipt and holding on to too many things. Anways, no one offered to help me clean up (I had to do it myself) overall. My experience wasn’t the best.
