Extremely disappointed! Ordered a spinach roll which was horrible!!!! The bottom was burnt, tons of garlic chunks and salty! Service was at a minimum and counter people too busy talking instead of attending their customers. To top it off, outrageously priced, $5 more compared to other pizzerias in the area! Their competition blows them away, in taste, service and reasonable pricing. Will never eat there again and others should dine with caution!

Primo’s Pizza is a hidden gem in the community. This is a family owned pizzeria where the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about the food they serve and the people they serve it to. The pizzas so flavorful and keeps me coming back.

Mixed feelings from here. I’ve had pizza that was pretty decent and I’ve had pizza that was not. I’ve had sandwiches that were pretty decent and some that were not. The cheesesteak’s are typical pizza shop cheesesteaks. Frozen meat, better than average roll for the area. I’ve had interactions with counter people there that were friendly and some that were the opposite. Just the definition of inconsistency honestly.

Super disappointed with you guys I go there every Friday with my family of 4 after school 2nd time I order from you guys and received 2 slices folded. When I tell you guys what happen you don’t even care. Super rude waste of food. You could have just replaced the 2 slices I just don’t get if the customer shows your proof it should be hard to believe. We will find a new Friday place to go to. Thank you (I also cater food with you guys for my kids party, family gathers and gatherings at my house for many years since 2018) but I am very happy I didn’t waste my time for my son 5th birthday in February. Pizza is probably the best in East Stroudsburg. Staff is always friendly. They have been around for a long time… They know what they’re doing. Smells the same as it did 20yrs ago.

$4 for a plain slice which is crazy and it don’t even taste like a city pizza… The attitude from the old guy was ridiculous but I am black so I understand. It’s not worth $4 a slice save your money.

The sandwich was delicious..the pizza YUK.. the crust was doughyie and not baked .my kids would not eat it ..their other foods are good . The soups and dinner .they should forget about making PIZZA .
