This gem in West Richland is so delicious! Ordered the beef Pho and some pineapple shrimp with avocado. The Pho broth this very flavorful and the avocado and shrimp were both very fresh! Service was fantastic!

Quiet, service was great, and my beef pad Thai was awesome! Price was reasonable considering the cost of doing business in Washington State.

I was excited to come back after a long time of not coming to this place. My friend ordered the beef pho with meatballs and I ordered the duck pho because it’s the only place I know that serves it. My pho was nice, flavorful—although the meat (though good) was scarce making me put it to the side for the very end. I was happily eating my pho when my friend told me “try this meatball.” I had to immediately spit it out which is quite uncommon for me at least. We told the waitress and she was nice enough to give us a side of beef to replace the nasty meatball and was very understanding of it. We were nice to not send that plate back. This experience will make me think twice before coming back.

Came for the first time for the chicken teriyaki. The chicken was loaded with sesame seed and was super chewy I couldn’t finish it. When it was picked up they had given me the wrong order so had to go back to get the correct order. Didn’t have a good first time experience won’t be back. Will say the noodles were good and the people were nice. But the chicken teriyaki was not good at all especially for $18.

My hubby and I stopped in for dinner here for the first time. We loved everything about it! The owners are very nice. There was a lot of space for big parties. Service was quick. We were served water and had our orders taken very quickly. Our food was served fast. I had a glass of cab sav. We shared a plate of butterflies and pad see ew. The butterflies were very yummy, filled with lots of crab. The pad see ew was delicious. Very flavorful, and tender chicken. We definitely recommend you come check it out, and we will be back!

I am completely astounded with how terrible this place is. The phó is the most basic chicken noodle soup (with barely any chicken) and they couldn’t be bothered to provide the basic add-ons like basil. But by far the worst part was the $10 they charged for the sticky mango rice, that they made us wait an extra 25 minutes for after telling us our meal would be ready by 6:30. It was the most paltry serving I’ve ever seen and to have the audacity to charge $10 for it is ludicrous. This place has always been a little sketchy with portion size/overall poor quality of the food versus how much they charged and we had avoided it for a few years. Decided to give it a try and NEVER AGAIN. Avoid this place, the food is subpar, and the cost is ridiculous for the portion sizes and food quality (see pictures for what they charged $10 for two spoonfuls of sticky mango rice; and that’s a baby fork I’m using). They are ripping this community off.

UPDATE:
can’t go there anymore. Prices are sky high and note the pic of our mango sticky rice. $8…..smallest amount ever. Done with the place

Always can get good curry here. Last time we went they were out of pho which was a disappointment, but good food.
The ginger fish was soooo amazing.

Ordered to go, we ordered the pad Thai, Thai city butterflies, Thai city rolls, yellow curry, and tofu pho. All were delicious and great portions. The pho wasn’t the same as far a flavoring in the broth as what I am used to at other restaurants but still alot of pho.

The place seemed clean and the service was friendly. I ordered the avocado rice dish because it did not have any broccoli in it, and the dish came with broccoli in it. (I think it was a left over pre-made rice dish that just had avocados put in it.) Some of The food (especially the broccoli) tasted a bit off and both of us got ill that night. Probably will not return.

To go order
Spent about $23 for two items.
Curry with chicken and it does not include rice that was weird.
The chunks of potato were more raw than cooked!
Thai tea smells and tastes stinky sour it was not good.
I’ve been drinking Thai tea for 20 years from restaurants and this is the first one I ever had that was sour.
Experience NOT worth it!
I should’ve went to the taco truck and spent $12 for three lovely pork tacos down the road and have been much happier.
