Pizza is always great until you order garlic knots . They didn’t put any of the seasonings or sauce on them they where plain. Just flour. Maybe have someone check orders as they go out. Called they never answered.

So we just ordered Papa John’s from this location. I get through most of my pizza just to find there is a screw/bolt mixed in with my ingredients. I called the store to report my findings and all the manager would offer is a free pizza on the next order, (I’m never eating here again). He also offered to make this pizza complementary. When has it ever been ok to not give proper customer service? Throwing “free this, free that” at the situation does not give me any satisfaction for nearly breaking my teeth on a bolt. Guess I’m done with papajohns for good!

0 Stars would describe exactly what this review deserves. After three chances of getting bad orders I have decided to make this review.

I ordered a simple large pizza with pepperonis, mushrooms and black olives. I received a pizza with no pepperonis and simply just called back to tell them that my order was made wrong. The girl that claims to have made my order said that she put pepperonis and they are under the cheese. I accepted hung up and examined the pizza. Of course there was no pepperonis under the cheese so I called back to let them know that somehow she had been mistaken. She claimed that I was mistaking and told me she could have another pizza made and it would be at my house in less than an hour. I told her that she made a mistake and did not put pepperoni and she snapped at me and said that she will refund my money and I will never be able to order from that location again. ( I didn’t get my money back)Which I told her you couldn’t pay me to order at this location again. And I hung up beware people, it is not worth the disappointment on ordering a pizza at this location they will mess up your evening. It is obvious that there are foolish people that are hired to work at this location.

We’ve been ordering pizza for our meetings every other month for the past two years, and there’s always been some kind of issue with the website. A few times, we called the Papa John’s on Tidwell, but the customer service was terrible.
Today, I tried switching to a different location and accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery. Thankfully, Rosa was amazing—she helped me update the order to delivery. Both Rosa and the manager took the time to verify the address, our company name, and the delivery time.
That’s what I call legendary customer service!

Now on a Wednesday night been waiting over 60 minutes when estimated delivery was 35 minutes. Called over 10 minutes ago & told its on its way…. we’re only 5 minutes away….. changing rating 1 start as it doesn’t look like we’re getting our pizza tonight
