I am disabled and order online often. I live 20 miles from store. My last order at this store was a chili dog and a number 5. I received the chili dog. I was going to send someone back to town to get my order but thought best to call first. When I did I was told that I did receive the food. This triggered me and I said “ so I lost my damn money?” This seemed to offend the representative much more than him calling me a liar and a thief should have offended me and resulted in me telling him I was very offended at the thief insinuation but damn doesn’t really destroy my day. Needless to say, he hung up and I’m out of $11 . Don’t question someone’s integrity in this type of situation. Now I plan to never patronize the establishment again. Hopefully the other closest one is different operator. Peace.

I ordered a sundae expecting the usual dessert ice cream with toppings like syrup or whipped cream. Instead, I was given plain ice cream in a cup and told that adding syrup would cost extra. By definition, a sundae includes toppings, and with their photo of a sundae showing that it clearly comes with syrup I felt misled. The two lady’s at the window argued that I should have specified I wanted syrup instead of admitting they were wrong. That is like ordering a cheese burger and having to ask for cheese… Ice cream wasn’t terrible, but there is a lack of respectful workers. (As this is the case in most restaurants and fast food now)

This place is starting to go down hill!!! 3times in the last 2months the gravy has been a big blob and when ask to change it staff were not very happy or friendly that I was asking for something different. I also paid for $9.89 for a 6 peace strip box and only received a four piece. Even went to the manager with this and nothing. So I went a little higher and called the owner…. Bad service if you ask me

The owner is a super nice guy. Some of the workers id rather not have to talk to. Because of how rude they can be. As far as fast food (garbage food) it’s the the best in donalsonville. If you need something quick it’s OK. Much better than the bk
