So good and quick! Perfect spot to stop for food on a road trip driving through. How’s he feeling fresh and much better than any fast food but in and out in the same amount of time.

I have eaten here a couple of times with multiple other people and we’ve all loved the food. Every element that is combined into pita sandwiches, bowls or rice plates is fresh and absolutely delishous! I have been burned by so many hard and dry falafel elsewhere, but here they are crunchy, with an herby moist interior. Perfect! My only regret is that there isn’t a Falafel Republic in my town. This place an absolute gem!

An unassuming place with food that’s flavorful. We must’ve just gotten there *after* a rush because the poor staff seemed harried. That being said, more power to them because each bite I had from what I ordered had me going back for another mouthful.
Bonus points for the delicious non-alcoholic beverage they had on hand.
I’d definitely go again if I find myself in Ashland.

Love everything about it. Pita baked in house?! Beef and lamb Shawarma was great, next time I’ll try the falafel. We split one and it was plenty. The fries are awesome too. Friendly helpful staff.

I had a great experience ordering with one of the owners, Sam, today. The pita was placed in the oven the minute I ordered a falafel sandwich and he shared that the hummus is made in house! This operation is clearly a labor of love down to the details of peeling the garbanzo beans for the hummus by hand.
I highly recommend the falafel sandwich, and rose lemonade for a fun addition. I look forward to going back to try the newly added Chicken shawarma, too!

This may be my new favorite spot in Ashland! The food was so good, the portions were perfect, and the staff are amazing! Best falafel I have ever had, I could eat a buckets worth of the roasted beets too.

They claim food is “for everyone and it has no borders or allegiance”. Why is this establishment accrediting the salad to Israel, then? Nothing else on the menu is attributed to any other nation. Considering it was originally a Palestinian dish, it’s disturbing to see that it is referred to as such. We will not be eating here due to this.

This is some of the best felafal I’ve had. We ended up ordering more. Comes with Tahini dip but ordered the feta dip on top and yum. Amazing and delicious. Had a couple beers too, and the staff are so friendly.

Meh. Went in when it opened. Stale smell of old fried oil. So was the heavy hardened falafel. I felt bad for someone who called it the best falafel of his life. Regretful lunch.
