Received my order through door dash and my sandwich wasn’t made correctly. I paid extra for cheese that wasn’t on it and had to scrape off the toppings I requested off. I also didn’t receive my drink and my door dash driver stated that they argued with him about it saying my order didn’t come with one, and he ended up stopping at a gas station to buy a drink for me because he felt bad. I tried to call the store and was hung up on. Do better for the next person.

Alright, dude, so like… Jimmy John’s, man, it’s on a whole other level. Picture this: you’re chillin’, everything’s groovy, and then outta nowhere, your stomach’s like, yo, feed me. But you don’t wanna cook, you don’t wanna think—you just wanna vibe. That’s where Jimmy John’s comes in, bro.
First off, let’s talk about that bread. Oh man, that bread is like… the heart and soul of the whole operation. It’s so fresh, so soft, but still with that perfect chew, ya know? Like, every bite is this heavenly little pillow of doughy perfection. And then the fillings? Dude, they don’t mess around. The lettuce is all crispy, the meats and cheeses are sliced so thin it’s like they’re just giving you a little sandwich hug. It’s beautiful.
But here’s the real magic—they’re freaky fast. Like, one second you’re ordering, and the next second there’s a knock at your door. It’s almost spooky how quick they are. You don’t even have time to second-guess your decision or get distracted—it’s just BOOM, sandwich in hand.
And bro, have you tried their chips? Those things are like the crunchy sidekick you didn’t know you needed. Salt & Vinegar? Absolute bangers. Oh, and the pickles? Straight-up giant spears of tangy bliss. If you’re feeling sweet, the cookies? Oh man, those cookies are the real MVP.
Jimmy John’s isn’t just a sandwich shop, man—it’s an experience. Like, every bite feels like a little high-five from the universe, saying, “Yeah, dude, you made the right choice.”

This is my second time in here, and it was just as good as the first. The food is really fresh, the bathrooms are clean, and the workers are very nice and considerate. It is also located right off 69, so it is perfect to stop at on a roadtrip.

“Tabitha” took our order at the drive through and she did an excellent job. She was very friendly, and she gave my dog a little treat. Sandwiches were good too.

I love jimmy johns but these people were rude as hell today. 12/27/24 5:13pm. Order taker Jalayah and a white guy who not sure what the name was . Husband made order and throughout the whole process both were rude. He worked a 12 hr shift and wanted a sandwich that’s all and yall didn’t have the decency to be friendly. Please teach them how to be nice very easy thing to do or find a new job elsewhere. Thanks.

Went to JJs for the first time at 3:50pm. Aside from the guy who opened the door, we were ignored as the 5 people working there chatted and cut up. When we decided on our order, we asked where we go the place the order, the young woman at the register with the hateful expression point at the floor in front of her without speaking. We left immediately. We wont be back.

I clicked “I’m here” on the confirmation email upon arrival and even had my hazard lights on, as per the email instructions, since there was no designated “curbside” spot, let alone a “curbside pick-up” sign posted anywhere. After waiting 10 minutes with no sign of my order, I noticed some employees staring and pointing at my vehicle. I assumed they were about to bring out my order, but no one ever did.
I waited an additional 10 minutes and saw one employee step out the front door briefly, point at my car (again), and go back inside. By this time, the store was set to close in 10 minutes, so I turned off my hazard lights and went inside to see what was going on.
The person at the register asked how they could help me, and I explained that I had a curbside order I’d been waiting on. She asked for my name, but before I could provide it, another employee grabbed a bag from behind the counter and asked if I had “checked in.” I confirmed that I had, and he briefly glanced at the screen and said, “Hmph, next time just go through the drive-thru.”
Your instructions clearly state: “If a CURBSIDE spot is unavailable, park as close as possible and turn on your hazard lights.” Yet despite a vehicle parked out front for 20 minutes with hazard lights on, and an order on the counter labeled “curbside,” no one put the pieces together. Instead, I was apparently expected to pick up my curbside order through the drive-thru line.
