We frequent this location and the staff is always kind, helpful and always prompt service! Our order is always hot and fresh and of the countless times we’ve come here now the only issue we’ve ever had was a single time of 1 missing dip cup(which was already the freebies they give you-so not even like we paid for it, we were just too lazy to check before making it home & im sure if we went back or called they would have helped)

I’ve always loved Papa John’s. This location is not close to home so I rarely ordered from here. Once in 2023, I ordered a large 3 topping pizza with pepperoni, sausage and pineapple. The toppings were generous, however, it was evident that they were not evenly distributed. It appeared slightly sloppy. I haven’t ordered since. I’ll give them a try again in the future.

Got a pizza here today, was a little concerned after the mix reviews. Upon entering the establishment I was greeted right away and told about the promotions and deals. The customer service was excellent. The food was ready 10 minutes later. It was hot, good, and tasty. Excellent job

I’ve been ordering from this location for the last five years. They have always been exceptional in fulfilling my orders. There was a few hiccups during Covid, but that’s to be expected. Anyway I am mostly upset about the fact that there is no way to file any sort of review or grievance when something isn’t delivered properly. I ordered a half cheese and half veggie pizza this evening. And when we receive the pizza, the entire pizza was covered with olives (someone in my family CANNOT eat olives). There’s no way for me to bring this up with the exception of calling the store to complain. There is no other way for me to critique the quality of service or file complaints. There needs to be a more streamlined process of filing complaints or issues with orders that arrive at the door wrong. Rather than me just having to call the store and Tell them that my pizza wasn’t correct and wait another 20 to 30 minutes for it to be delivered after the rest of my order is delivered.
Also, I’m not happy about the new reward system they came up with. That was one of the best things about Papa Johns was the reward system of earning $5 and then $10 off pizza. Today it tells me I’ve earned $2 dollars off!!!! You kidding me. this new reward system is basically just taking away the rewards from the customers. They’re scaling back and cutting rewards from customers and apparently hiring workers who can’t read what toppings go on half a pizza.
Before today I would have only left the best reviews but I’m upset. I want a store credit for my messed up pizza.

Papa John’s to the rescue! After a failed Little Ceaser’s delivery & experience, I ordered from Papa John’s & they had the pizza ready to go in 15min. The employees were very friendly & very helpful. Pizza was delish!

Ok, I haven’t ordered pizza in a very long time (mostly because pricing is ridiculous) and today was no exception. Went with Papa John’s because they are USUALLY pretty good quality. But to offer a deal of 2 menu items for $6.99 each and then for that to somehow come to $34 (not including tip) is asinine. And on top of that, 1.5, almost 2 hours for delivery?!? In the middle of the day?! Not sure if that is on them or on DoorDash but there is no reason it should take that long! Then when the food FINALLY gets here, it is lukewarm at best, much closer to cold. I literally had to reheat it in the microwave, which I hate doing because IMO, it doesn’t taste good that way. The breadsticks were burned and had absolutely NO seasoning on them at all, they were SO bad, that my DOG wouldn’t even eat them! And he eats anything and everything! I ordered original crust, which is normally nice and plush, soft and doughy, and what came was much closer to thin crust (which I loathe) SO incredibly frustrated and disappointed!! It’s been a long, crazy, stressful week and all I wanted was to not have to cook and to treat myself a little. What a complete and total waste of money and time!! Will NOT be ordering from them ever again!

Ordered some pizza to try their garlic trio sauces. When the pizza got here, I had three regular garlic sauces not that big deal. I called to see what could be done. The manager did go out of their way to send just sauces to my house, but he was extremely rude to me on the phone while explaining that they always stick your ranch inside of the hot pizza box so it can get nice and warm and sweat instead of a plastic bag which they have plenty of and they stick your sodas in. Thanks for the sauces, but you were very rude.

Found A BOOGER on my pizza after I got a replacement order for a previous mess up.
Did not eat it was disgusted and will probably never eat pizza again. Shame on your nasty employees and mentality. Submitted a police report and had it tested as well. It was clearly a booger, there was a hair in it too.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered, and the delivery guy text me saying it was taking too long. When I got there to pick up my pizza instead, came to find out that he had taken my order anyway. So they were remaking it and I had to wait. When I got home I found the delivery guy head dropped up the pizza in front. And of course it was cold. I did call the pizza place and reported it all
