I ordered a pizza at 11am for a 1:30pm pick up. When I arrived at 1:30pm the guy running the front of the store told me he canceled my order because it was over an hour old. I showed him my confirmation with the requested 1:30pm pick up. Instead of apologizing and making my pizza a priority he waited 10 minutes before telling the cook they needed to remake my order. Then (because he knew I was mad and I was glaring at him) he pulled my pizza out early so the dough wasn’t completely cooked. This isn’t the first time they’ve ruined my order but it is the last because I won’t return. What is utterly astounding other than the complete lack of customer service is – why do we bother providing our phone numbers and emails that companies insist on having if they aren’t going to call me and say, “Hey, I’m canceling your order.” Because that would have resolved this by either me going to get it or confirming I asked for it at 1:30pm. And it would decrease food waste.

This review is less about Pizza Hut and more for Vanessa the service lady. Great customer service, friendly, very fast with the food, and extremely accommodating. Very happy she took care of us and will most likely go back because of her.

I visited today to take advantage of their Tuesday special: $2 personal pan pizzas. I knew it would likely be chaotic when I arrived to pick up my order. I was VERY pleased to see how efficient this location is operated. I realize the employees were stressed with the order volume, but they handled it so well and were friendly while doing it. My order did not take any longer than it should have. I definitely recommend this location and am happy to give them 5 stars.

This location has changed hands many times. So your quality of food will be entirely dependent on if they care about their job. Its just gotten worse and worse to the point where I will go out of the way to another location. They are rude, inefficient and rarely get your order right. They expect tips for that type of service as well. It wasnt always like that but over the years this has turned into one of the worst locations in the valley. I still have recorded videos and conversations of flat out waffle house type energy. But at least their food is good. The amount of disrespect is astronomical. Will be reaching out to the regional manager, who I had to find myself because they refuse to give you any supervisor’s or manager’s name when you request it to make a complaint. I do not recommend this location. They have slowly killed my love for Pizza Hut.

Ordered a pizza for late dinner tonight. Due to them not having a driver, they used DoorDash. The dasher MARKED my food delivered, but NO ONE ever came to my door with pizza. I tried calling the number that PIZZA HUT gave me to contact my driver and the phone number was to an ADULT HOTLINE located in Oklahoma. I am so mad because my kids had to go to bed hungry and the only solution from the store? Credit my account for a FUTURE order OR come and pick up the pizza myself. I did not receive the goods that I paid for so how can you tell me, here just take this credit on your account for when you’re ready to order from us again?! I want my MONEY BACK, not a store credit, how is that fair to me? AND on top of this, they supposedly have NO WAY of contacting DoorDash about the driver who stole my food. LIVID would be an understatement.

have received great service consistently for the past 2 years. Until these last couple times. This time, Pizza arrived half an hour after it was sent out for delivery and it looked like the driver sat on it. Thats it. never again.

Ordered online Monday at 530 and had delivery in less than 30 minutes. Order was correct and pizza on point in term for a Pizza Hut. Could of had more pepperoni for a 2 topping but crust made up for it.

Was very pleased with this small shop, Pizzas is usually ready 15-30 minutes. Staff has always been polite and helpful. My family loves the stuff crust and the cheese sticks. Every once and a while we get the cinnabon mini rolls which are tasty too. I read that some of the reviews before this one show some unhappy customers some time ago, but here as recent I’ve been pleased. Perhaps things have improved! Will and have returned a few times.
