I went for a pizza and wings, the time in the delivery was good, when I arrived at my house I opened the box of wings and they just had a little sauce, the chicken was a bit hard, I could not return because I was tired and it is a nuisance to waste time. I have an image, that chicken is not bitten or anything, just a little of sauce, horrible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Mangers are incredibly rude. Gave us the wrong food as well as a pizza flipped over and instead of remaking as we asked … kept rudely trying to refund the order. Food ain’t even that good for these disgusting attitudes! I pray for these workers. STOP WORKING FAST FOOD IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE PERSONALITY FOR IT!!!! Simple.

Everytime I get something at the Walkertown store I am impressed!!! I will put this team up against the best. I ordered a pan steak&cheese w/xtra steak, onions, jalapeños, American & mozzarella cheese. A PERFECT PIE!!

Pizza was very over cooked. Request garlic on thin crust did not get. Thin crust was over cooked as well. Love spending money on over cooked pizza. Driver that dropped off food was awesome though. He got the extra star that’s why its two star instead of one

I order delivery from this Walkertown Domino’s about once a week for the family. Every order is fast, fresh, and delicious.
Last week, I made the mistake of ordering delivery from another pizza chain (P.H.), also in Walkertown. That other store messed my order, only delivered half of it, and never made it right despite charging me for the entire order.
So it was back to Domino’s today and my large order was perfect as usual. They forgot to cut one of my pizzas, but that’s okay, we had a laugh about it. Each pizza was different with unique toppings and sauces, and was just how I ordered it. Even the gluten free pizza for my celiac son was correct and delicious.
And other note, my orders are always so fast and fresh, it’s still piping hot. Way to go, keep doing what you’re doing!

Leaving a review after having an outrageous experience. The digital tipping option was removed. The workers at this location are an absolute God given blessing, and always work hard to assist me.
As time marches forward, in today’s day and age digital tipping is more prevalent than ever. Tipping is also crucial when it comes to fair wages in the food service industry. Not as many people carry cash anymore and by removing this option, Dominos is not only taking away recognition for their employees but the deserved wages for them as well.
I implore Dominos to reinstate the option for digital tips as this location deserves them the most. I love the workers here and they have been nothing but kind and patient with me. I would love to reach out and talk with someone about this as well if need be.

My family does a lot of pizza nights. Whether we pick it up or have it delivered, this Domino’s is always awesome! Friendly workers, the wait time is never a crazy amount of time either. If for some reason my order wasn’t right they offer to bring it then or if I want to wait for another night. Food is always hot and fresh!! If I could is give you a 10 but it only goes to 5

Order two pizzas plus other stuff. I knew they would be busy on the 4th i walked in paid for my order and then an hour later still no food. They asked me 3 times for my name. Finally i said just give me a refund and they did. The manager said she would send me a coupon for a free pizza. I have never had an issue at this store.

These jerks let us call in a huge order for take out, so we drove all the way over there to pick it up, what they didn’t tell us is that their credit card machine was down so they were only taking cash! We didn’t bring cash! Very BAD customer service! No more dominoes for us. We went straight to pizza hut!
