I sent my husband for a blondi hot and they gave it to him iced Instead of hot. They gave my son a milkshake instead of the smoothie I think if your gonna be that busy then at least be well trained to get the orders right. The wait is way too long to have to sit through all that again.

We have never had an issue at this location but the new system is causing issues. Paid for our coffee when we ordered. Drove around to pick it up and were told we hadn’t paid. We explained that we did and showed the transaction in our banking app. The manager came out but didn’t seem to know any more than the staff. They then swiped our card again and said it declined. We tried another bank card, and that one was charged but the original transaction also went through on the first card even though we were told it wouldn’t.
Ended up being charged $15 for one coffee, which also didn’t have the extra caramel we asked for. Very frustrating experience and poor handling of payments. Do not let them swipe your card twice.

The only place I WILL WAIT! The best coffee I’ve ever had in my life. The staff is always so fun to be around and really makes a bad day a great day! I love the conversations we get to have with each member everytime we come. They definitely make sure i get my 2% milk . 10000/10 recommend. ITS WORTH THE WAIT

It’s just a drive-thru coffee shop They need a bigger place because when people get to lining up for the drive-thru and it’s a really busy week. People wind up parked in the road up and down the street backed up and I think that’s kind of dangerous but the coffee’s really good and Starbucks isn’t as busy since seven brute opened up. I am so excited for them to open up the new seven brew here on skyland boulevard. The new seven Brew on skyland boulevard will open up in May. ✨
