I order the same meal at least once a week, usually I order it online. I don’t care for the red sauce so I always ask for the enchilada and the bean burrito to be smothered in half and half. It’s never been a problem until today. My small combo was smothered in red sauce with no green chili and then to make matters worse they put the meal in upside down and there was red sauce leaking into the bag. I explained the situation to the woman running the drive thru and she asked me to come to the window. After her and who she said was her manager looked at the food the woman in the drive thru argued with me told me they cannot give me a new one because that’s the way it was supposed to be. She then gets Rose on the phone and same thing refused to make the meal the way I wanted. After 10 more minutes of them arguing with me I finally got fed up and asked for a refund. I order the same thing on line every week yet they’re telling me they can’t smother it in half and half instead of disgusting red sauce. Then the woman in the drive thru tells me that I am wrong about receiving the food upside down. I guess they don’t care about retaining customers.

I enjoyed the food. It reminded of Tex-mex which I can’t usually find here in Colorado. Guacamole was really good. Soft tacos are quite big so one would make a good lunch for most. Beef soft taco was better than chicken . I loved the guac and bean tostada and hard beef taco. This place is more suited for drive-through and takeout versus dining in. Just two 3-seater tables which was fine for the three of us. There are a couple parking spots in the back and a few in the front .

This place has gone down hill. We use to come here very often but they ALWAYS ALWAYS get our order wrong. No matter what we order it is always wrong. The kids working cashier would rather laugh and talk instead of doing their jobs. I went her a while ago and they charged me $15ish. I checked in the morning and was being charged another $15. Luckily my hard is always locked it’s been almost a month and Continue to try and charge me. Worst Santiago’s restaurant ever. Never been more disappointed. Also very over priced and can’t even get the order right.

This was the worst Santiago’s I’ve ever been to! A lady named Dominique took my order completely wrong I even went in to resolve it and all she did was argue with me and was very rude I asked for chicken and rice and lied saying she told me they didn’t have any instead of getting my carnitas burrito she gave me just a bean burrito and the wrapping said carnitas and I’m allergic to beans and that place is just a mess and you need better workers cause they can’t even take a order correctly or even listen

This location is a rip-off. They use the wrong size bowls when you spend $11 for a burrito bowl and they give you the tiniest Bowl they have. Every other location uses the actual right size Bowl not this place. Don’t come here if you want to get what you ordered
