Ordered extra extra crispy, boneless honey, garlic Parmesan wings Paid extra for extra sauce and these are dry as heck. There’s no sauce on the boneless wing let alone any sauce in the tray. I’m so disappointed.

I ordered chicken tenders extra crispy, blueberry cheesecake to include napkins and utensils. I received grilled chicken over rice, plain cheesecake an NO utensils. When I called the restaurant the man that answered the phone was very rude, said I didn’t specify fried (what is extra crispy) and he didn’t have blueberry cheesecake. I’m fact he was so rude I hung up. No I’m sorry, we’ll be glad to correct it or anything about a refund. I couldn’t eat the chicken because I can’t eat garlic and the cheesecake was not good, had been cut and refrigerated for a long time. Will never order there again!

Customer service was cool, the guys working there were respectful and polite but unfortunately, that’s where the positives stop. The food was a big letdown. I’d give it a 2/10 overall.
The catfish wasn’t terrible flavor-wise, but it had no crunch at all, which was disappointing. The fries seemed undercooked and were not good at all. I also ordered lemon pepper wings, and they tasted old and burnt. The chicken was so hard I could barely chew it.
I almost bought their lemonade, but thankfully I sampled it first. The taste was awful.. I honestly can’t even describe it. It tasted like something had gone bad or like they never clean the tubs they keep it in.
The store itself had a weird smell, and the atmosphere just didn’t feel clean. The floors were sticky, and the counters weren’t wiped down either. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The good customer service doesn’t make up for the food quality and the lack of cleanliness.
