The last time they made a horrible sausage and pepperoni pizza we emailed them and they offered us a free one. Well the free make up pizza was just as bad. I cooked up flat with hardly any sauce. It was worse than a $3 frozen pizza. That’s the last time here.

I’m confused as to why they are so hard to get ahold of. I’m in the industry and I understand mistakes happen. My large pizza was made wrong. I tried calling to get a new one made or a refund and they refuse to answer the phone. I left a message and called many times. I can completely understand making a mistake but it’s extremely frustrating to not be able to get ahold of someone to make the situation right. How can a customer call 5 times and not get anyone to answer? I can’t even ask for a refund without reaching out to the 800 number. Which I shouldn’t have to do. Overall very disappointing.

This was the worse experience I’ve had at a store. Kids working had no idea how to prepare order. Pizza crust was old and dried out. Pizza was not made the same as other stores I’ve been to. Seems like they should be consistent across stores. Staff was combative when I explained how I’ve gotten the pizza at other stores. Thankfully I very rarely go to that store and will think twice before returning. #nothappy

We ordered online at 4:40pm, confirmation email said the 2 pizzas would be ready by 5:30pm.
Arrived at 5:30 and the pizzas weren’t ready. 1 pizza was half made and sitting on top of another customer’s pizza. After 5 mins of searching they realized they forgot the 2nd pizza and hadn’t started it.
I waited for them to make our second pizza as 4-5 customers came after me and got their orders before ours.
I would’ve liked to see a small coupon offering for the mixup however nothing was offered.
