Great service, very quick and clean. Our waitress was super sweet and helpful. We enjoyed our lunch and her recommendation with Ramen choices.

This was my second or third time coming here for a solo lunch, and it’s always amazing. One of my favorite things is that they actually let me swap ramen noodles for udon noodles—something that might not sound like a big deal, but it’s surprisingly hard to find a place that does it.

The service is always top-notch. My waitress was friendly, helpful, and quick, which made the meal even better. The restaurant is always clean and has such a warm, inviting vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer.

I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone—it’s a must-try.

Oh no. Oh no. Oh no no no no no.

Something happened to this place since I went here back in maybe 2021. The ramen used to be good, but I don’t know if they changed ownership, or maybe good ingredients got too expensive. Tonkatsu ramen is completely off-base in how it’s prepared – by default it comes with fried pork cutlet rather than char siu, the broth is not creamy or porky, and it’s spicy. I don’t know what the deal here is, since I have been to dozens of different ramen places and none of them have done it quite like this. There isn’t any complexity to the broth anymore – it almost tastes like instant.

The waitress is nice, but I cannot recommend this place. Please, for the love of delicious food, either make the trek to Terakawa in Philly’s Chinatown, or find parking for Yamazaki in Bryn Mawr.

The only good thing about the ramen is the char siu is pretty okay by itself. The egg was a bit underseasoned, but I’ve had worse at ramen places with otherwise better quality ramen.

I was a bit disappointed. The vegetable pad Thai, while tasty was mostly noodles and peanuts. I know pad Thai is as noodle dish, but the pieces of vegetables were small and countable. The miso soup was thin, the tom yom was similarly thin and lacking a bit of spice. Maybe it was the fact that it was close to closing, or takeout. I’ll give another try at another time.

Update: the comment from the owner was correct and I was wrong when I referred to tom yom. I should have said seafood soup, which was bland and the seafood was a bit tough. As I said in my original review, given the circumstances, I’ll give it another try.

What a good experience!
Celebrated our son’s 14th Birthday who wanted Sushi. We are so happy they were open in the middle of a snow storm.
The service is impeccable and the food divine. The food portion is right size for the money. Spot-on the price you pay. Everything dish was good flavor, fresh and savory.
The restaurant ambience is more Asian and Chinese influence. Nothing fancy but clean and well-lit.
Coco the server and owner was so hospitable.
Definitely will come again.
This is now our go-to Sushi place.
Thank you again Coco.

Found this little gem with my son looking for somewhere to have lunch. Food was excellent. So good! We started with a salad and the dressing was so good I bought a container full to take home. We had chicken katsu ramen and tonkatsu ramen. The ramen was excellent the soy eggs were the best I’ve ever had . Our server was the owner and she was so, so nice. The double teas were delicious. Please, of you’re local or just in town for the day or evening give them a visit. Totally worth it. The restaurant is. Also beautiful Inside.

Went for a 1 mile walk and .55 miles away was the Sushi place I wanted to try. When I arrived Inwas greeted warmly by Vina (owner) and she was delightfull. I ordered my walking nourishment and sat outside. The interior of this restaurant is understated elegance which makes for a relaxing atmosphere;!one which I like very much.

The food/sushi was superb! Very fresh and you can tell it was prepared with a desire towards perfection. Phenomenal in my opinion. I will post mostly food pics here and in the comments some of the others for you to see.

I am going to head back and my 1+ mile walk will be completed in time to rest up for my walk to Shul this afternoon/evening.

Gut Yunfiff again and LIVE LOVE LAUGH & THRIVE.

This place is a hidden gem. Whenever I go to a sushi place I always want to try Salmon Avocado and Rainbow rolls as a baseline besides any speciality rolls they offer. They nailed both the Salmon Avocado and Rainbow Rolls. While they were satisfying enough I absolutely loved the Summer and Tiger Rolls. I am still thinking about that Summer roll. It was excellent.

The food was amazing enough but the hospitality is why I am leaving this review. The staff was incredible and made me feel so welcomed. While it’s not centrally located in historic area of town I highly recommend anyone to eat here. I was only biking through town but I hope to come back again.

Went here for a family dinner. The customer service was pretty good, very friendly, and checked in on us often. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time so that was pretty nice. The food was okay, not a lot of flavor, but it was pretty good. The prices on the menu are not the current prices because they increased (they have a note in every menu). I’m a bubble tea lover, but this bubble tea was a little too sweet (even when we asked for less sugar). The chicken katsu ramen was good, but we asked to add a little spicy to it. We didn’t get any (cause my family member cannot take even a little bit of spiciness and they didn’t even taste any spiciness). We didn’t mind that but it wasn’t really reasonable to charge us a dollar for nothing.. And lastly, the water bottles. We asked to change the glasses of tap water to like 2-3 water bottles, but the waiter handed us 6 water bottles, charging us. We didn’t even touch 3 of the water bottles and they didn’t want to take it back due to Covid restrictions, which was understandable, so we just took it with us and paid the bill as is. The overall experience was ok, probably a 3.5/5.
