First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. 8 here a few months ago and it was pretty good but today this place seems like it just fell off of a cliff already. The potatoes tasted like they’ve been rolling around on some nasty grease on the grill and tasted old and definitely not fresh. Eggs Benedict with cook wrong The bacon tasted like it was cooked yesterday The bread was hard. Overall pretty pathetic

Food was great. My only issue is a very slight mix up. I ordered avocado toast to go on my toast with my omelet. Instead a secondary whole plate came out. It was simple miscommunication, and I did not complain. I simply ate it and paid.
The waitress was so nice and was very quick to take care of everything that I did not want to be a problem. I am sure they would have fixed it if I had said something.

I brought my family New Orleans for the first time. Food was amazing. The service was friendly but did not check on us. We had to hunt them down and ask for whatever we needed. Took a long time to get our order in and even longer to receive it.

The food was good. I ordered soup and a turkey burger. The burger was very moist and not dry. The soup was okay. Never had it before. The service was outstanding. Sophia was great. She identified herself and provided assistance when needed. She was a joy to have as a server. Very clean surroundings.

For me personally, hospitality is everything. Whenever I go out to eat. We were not greeted properly when we came in, our server also was not taking care of us like previous first watches has. I do not know if it’s because of it being a newer location, or lack of training of how to be very hospitable to all guests who walk in, but I can tell that proper training in that aspect has not occurred. I do not know if it’s from upper leadership not doing their due diligence to make sure that all guests are leaving happy and enjoying their meal. Overall experience wasn’t horrible, but due to poor hospitality and service, I had to rate it one star.

Came for breakfast. Everything tasted amazing! Had a bit of a fiasco when the server accidentally dumped my ice water on me in the middle of winter. He was super apologetic and quick to clean it up. Other than that snag, everyone was nice and attentive. Will visit again.
