Really great place to come get some Gelato when you’re downtown. I always grab a milkshake to go, and they are so good. Lots of good flavor options and fresh whipping cream as well. Close enough to take your milkshake and grab a seat on a swing by the pier to relax. Great experience everytime.

Delicious gelatos!! The flavors were amazing. However staff was not so friendly and there was very few places to seat, very small space.

Stopped by Tinto y Crema while exploring Charleston, and while the gelato itself was genuinely delicious, the customer service left a lot to be desired.
Unfortunately, the girl with the orange hair who served me was noticeably unwelcoming—no greeting, no smile, and an overall attitude that made me feel utterly disrespected. It really took away from what could have been a great experience.
It’s a shame, because the quality of the gelato is solid and worth coming back for—but hospitality matters, especially in a city known for its charm. I hope the service improves, because the product definitely deserves better.

Stopped in after visiting the Pineapple Fountain, park and dock. Saw they had affogatos and I had just returned from Italy so I had to have one. It was pretty good, not Italy but it was good and flavorful. The girl that waited on us said they received some of their product from Italy.
They have a few tables outside to have your sweet treats on.

I was in the mood for Gelato. I had the pistachio with the blue caramel waffle cone. My husband had an iced coffe with caramel in it. We both enjoyed our choices. My cone was piled high. I could not finish it all but it was really good. We were satisfied.

A really great place for premium ice cream! Full flavors, nice waffle options – too bad they don’t have fruit toppings, or lower calorie options, but it is worth the sin.

Great way to get a pick me up after dinner. Stopped in to get a couple double espresso shots ☕ to wake up for round two of the weekend. Conveniently located around the corner from the Fleet Landing before we hit King Street for a Charleston night out!

We only had the ham & cheese panini here, and it didn’t disappoint. It was tasty and crunchy to perfection. It was the best value per bite…about 6 dollars a sandwich, better than anywhere else in Charleston. The coffee here is freshly roasted from Bootlegger Coffee Roasters, and whole bean bags can be bought here if asked. I purchased a bag for 11 dollars, a great price. Everything deserves an A+++. The workers were very kind too.

This place is amazing! Best espresso in Charleston. Great service and helpful staff. Their Gelato is simply wonderful! They also have some specialty drinks and cold brew coffee. This place is always busy and the staff are very friendly. We’ll certainly be back the next time we’re in Charleston.

I love going to Tinto y Crema. Their ice cream is so creamy and full of flavor, and the Poffertjes are just perfect—fluffy and sweet. It feels like every dessert is made with a lot of care. Definitely one of my favorite spots; it’s worth checking out!
