This stand is so small I don’t even know if you can call it a food truck but it is the definition of small yet mighty!!! My dad got two tacos (asada and chicken fajita) and I got a quesadilla (al pastor and carnitas) and they were both phenomenal. The meat was so flavorful and the assortment of salsa and hot sauces to put on it were a huge plus. The VERY kind woman running the cart gave us a sampler plate of the meats to decide which ones to get and they all were genuinely so good. It was nice getting to speak with her a little bit. The only small downside is that there are only two tiny benches to sit on, so I would recommend either being a careful eater or getting it to go. I’m devastated that I don’t live super locally because, otherwise, I would be coming here weekly at the least. 10/10, you absolutely cannot go wrong! And, she caters events, if that’s your thing!

When we walked up she gave us a sample of all of the meats so we could decide what we wanted! They were all uniquely delicious and tender. She was friendly throughout and it’s a great amount of food for the price. I got the barbacoa burrito and there were tons of fix ins to customize it. 100% Would come again

Visiting here From Indiana, this has to be the best tacos/food that I have eaten here during my stay, we ordered just about every kind of meat for the family and it is delicious, excellent customer service, loved it so much we ordered again the very next day, and will ordered before we go back to Indiana. This place is amazing… Probably the best and most authentic Mexican street tacos I’ve had in northern Utah. They’ve got a fantastic self-serve selection of toppings… and their salsa! Holy Mexican cow… Their salsa is amazing!… They have three kinds… a green tomatillo that is mold with an amazing flavor, a red Dallas that is really good and pretty spicy, and an orange that is the spiciest and tastes SO GOOD… I would but bottles of her salsa for $8-$10. Everything is good here… Definitely worth the travel… and there is frequently lines of 20 people by noon… so show up about 11:30am if you don’t want to wait.

This unassuming, tiny stand served tacos so good it brought tears to my eyes. It’s operated by the sweetest woman who is saving up to open a permanent restaurant. If I were independently wealthy, I would have invested with her right then and there, her food was THAT good. Too bad I live in FL! Do yourself a favor and find this cart!

I have no idea why this is place is 4.9…. this is a 5 out of 5 all day long. Excellent food, super fresh tomatoes, onions, etc. And you cannot beat the price. Best street tacos I’ve ever had.
