We recently dined at Tigress at The Perry Hotel on a night when expectations were high — and the food certainly delivered. This rooftop restaurant from celebrity chef Dale Talde brings bold Cantonese flavors with modern finesse, blending classic techniques and standout dishes that really hit the mark. Talde — well-known from Top Chef and respected throughout the culinary world — brings a creative, elevated approach that’s reflected in every course we tried.

One of our favorites of the night was the duck and the sizzling rice, both beautifully executed dishes with rich flavor. Several appetizers were also excellent and showed great balance and depth. Overall, the food was exceptional and perfectly prepared — a big reason Tigress is already getting solid buzz locally.

However, the service side of the evening brought a few bumps. We arrived 16 minutes past our reservation, and due to an automatic system deletion after the 15-minute window, our table had to be re-confirmed even though the restaurant clearly had availability. The hostess seemed a bit slow to recover from that, which was an awkward start.

More significant was that our appetizers were forgotten entirely. After placing the order, we waited about 45 minutes before our mains arrived with no apps in sight — and had to re-order. It felt like an isolated oversight, but it definitely affected the flow of the meal and brought the service score down for our night.

Despite those hiccups, Tigress delivers fantastic food in a great setting. The rooftop vibe and cuisine are both exciting signs for Naples dining, and with a smoother service rhythm, this place could easily be a top pick in town.

First time here and LOVED it! Everything was fantastic. Interesting menu, amazing food and drinks, great service, and exactly the vibe I want on a Friday night. Loved the live music.

My wife and I shared the potatoes, brussel sprouts, chicken dumplings, aged beef potstickers, and crab fried rice. Incredible flavors and textures.

The combination of the aged beef, punchy mustard sauce, and salty dipping sauce was phenomenal.

Loved the slightly sticky texture on the potatoes from the caramel sauce and the coconut/curry flavor.

The crab fried rice was maybe the best fried rice dish I’ve had. Exceptional, and with lots of crab.

All of the cocktails were fantastic. I particularly liked the li chi sour. And their take on an espresso martini was the best one my wife has had.

Did the Monday evening Valentine celebration (locals know NOT to go out on the actual date ).
Very nice atmosphere, and of course the views were spectacular! Started with the dried aged beef potstickers: quite tasty, needed the soy sauce and the spicy mustard definitely cleared the sinus. Next was the Supreme Fried Rice: this was ok… needed more flavor from some soy sauce. Entree was the half duck with a duck stuffed French toast: this was crazy delicious!! WOW! All in all it was a very pleasant evening with incredible views and delicious dishes…

Stayed at the Perry Hotel and had dinner at their rooftop restaurant. Tigress was an experience we will never forget. The drinks, food, and service were all exceptional. Short ribs, Mongolian ribs, Seared tuna, Brussels sprouts, Crab fried rice, Spicy tuna sushi…Each dish had sometime that brought it to the next level. Please don’t skip dessert, mango mochi waffle, with the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. The cocktails we had “Ideal of harmony” complex and delicious. Sunset views beautiful, Truly next-level.

I had an unforgettable night eating at Tigress. From the ambience to the delicious food and amazing service, everything was top notch. The flavors of the dishes we tried worked perfectly and the 72 hours short rib was so tender and delectable. We also loved the hamachi, crispy tuna, lobster bao, walnut shrimp and crab rice. We were a table of 5 and love food. We went on a Monday night and the place was packed the entire night which was not surprising after our wonderful dining experience. Tigress is a must when visiting Naples.

Absolutely loved everything about this restaurant. The waitress Cristina was very attentive. She made a delicious Cortado. The shareable crab fried rice was a great portion and delicious. Truly enjoyed my cocktail. The ambiance and the decor were superb and had a wonderful view. Highly recommend a visit to this Asian fusion cuisine.

S.O.S Tigress Restaurant & Rooftop Bar have redefined this to “SAVE OUR SPOT” you don’t want to be left out on this New and amazing menu of “dim sum” shareable appetizers i.e. Chilled Lobster Bao, Mala Lamb Chops, Mongolian, Spicy Tuna Tartare just to highlight a few that were so exquisite in flavor and spice but also refreshing to our palates. The cocktails we tried my wife and I last night were the Li ci Sour and Queens Road Cocktail with bourbon they were perfectly balanced alcohol to ice cube ratio, unlike other establishments that water down their cocktails. If you like wine we’ll you have a huge selection to indulge on. The staff our server Nicky was exceptional in her attention to us, her recommendations were spot on. Our hostess Myra D. was great connstantly communicating with us to ensure our Tigress Restaurant experience was meeting our expectations. The View and VIBES were something you must experience ✨️ for yourselves. I will visit them again on Saturday to review for you their live entertainment and signature dish.

First of all an outside table puts you in the middle of a very noisy bar that is a cross between a meat market and a bunch of old people trying to look hip and young and all very loud. We couldn’t see any of the view because all the people from the bar were milling around the balcony edge, literally 4 feet from our table. One person even put their drink down on the edge of our table. We had to ask to have our table moved. As did the couple who sat at the table after us and moved within five minutes. When the manager found out, we were unhappy he came to talk to us. He just made it worse with his attitude. So Between the noise and the crowds forget having any kind of decent conversation during dinner or enjoying the view. The food is OK. I expected much better. They did comp us for the steak that was overcooked. The brussels sprouts in the pomegranate sauce are too saucy and the tartness of pomegranate sauce overpowered the dish. The vegetarian fried rice had too much butter as an attempt to claim its place. Supposedly there were some truffles on it, but we didn’t say anything other than a couple of crumbs. The highlight of the evening was our server Yary. To add insult to injury, they never marked me as having kept my reservation, so I have to deal with OpenTable asking me why I didn’t show up.

Had a great time dining, unfortunately my first visit I was alone but the staff made me feel comfortable and were very attentive. Food was delicious a little pricey but very good and I would go back again. I tried the walnut shrimp and spicy chicken dimsum, both were very good. Their specialty drinks on the were also very good.

The most AMAZING dining experience we have had in years. The lamb chops were decadent, beautifully garnished with a perfectly blended mint salsa verde and brown butter labneh. It was so good. We ordered another order. The Green goddess dressing on the tigress wedge was amazing. The wok charred kale Will turn anyone vegan. The mushroom slippery Noodle is amazing as is the smashed crispy fingerling potatoes. I am telling you the things that this place does with tastes is unbelievable. Dont forget the AMAZING VIEWS. Can’t wait to go back!.
