Meal took 20 minutes to make when I was the only person customer in the building. The quesadilla I bought was undercooked and they didn’t put any of my additional toppings that I paid extra for on there. The taco was so soggy that it fell apart when I picked it up. Save your money or go to a different location.

had a really nice experience here! Super friendly and helpful! Exceptionally clean and welcoming restaurant! The food was better than any other Taco bell we’ve been to. All the workers seemed to be doing their jobs and from what I could see they were clean, all wore nice uniforms, and seemed especially nice! The one young man in the pic waited on us and did an awesome job! What a nice surprise for us! Go there, you’ll love it!

not usually one to leave a rating but I have been very disappointed many times by this location now. almost every time I go through the drive thru I never get any sauces that I asked for. today I went through the drive thru and they did not give me the correct energy drink I asked for. I asked for cantina chicken tacos specifically and they also somehow messed that up. I got a chicken quesadilla and it was very clearly made without care. it was lightly cut into shapes I’ve never seen before. I also asked at the very end for napkins and they didn’t even do that. also to no surprise, no sauces. I want to like establishment, please set it up. thank you.

Where to start with this trainwreck…they Might as well have just thrown the ingredients into the bag without wrapping it…it would have the same damn outcome. Seriously, if you’re looking for half assed, this is the place for you. If what you’re after is half your food pouring out of an unwrapped and stale shell (because they can’t be bothered to do the job correctly) youll have come to the right place. I wish this was the first time, but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised at the laziness with which someone does their job (using that term extremely loosely) and double that for being surprised that absent “management” doesn’t care. Seriously if there was a zero star option, it’d be prevalent here. The “new store trying to make a quality impression” thing is long dead with this place. Might as well go to the crappier one up the hill. At least they close the wrappers so you don’t pour half your damn food out. Taco John’s just earned a lifelong loyalist because of these people.

The service at the superior wi Taco Bell is awful! I had ordered 1 week ago and spoke with a manager about the rice in my burrito being rock hard. Then my boyfriend went back tonight to get a new order and include my 2 burritos. The young lady working the drive through with tattoos on her arms (I didn’t get her name) is awful. She constantly has an attitude and is super super rude over the drive through speaker! They were giving my boyfriend a very hard time about replacing my order. The rice was still rock hard on my tonight order. My orders are constantly being messed up, the chips and cinnamon twist almost always taste like chemicals, the chalupas are almost always stale. In general the service and food is trash!

Ordered a crunchwrap Supreme. In the 5 minute drive to work, it was completely cold. Took 3 bites wondering where the meat was so I opened it up and maybe had a teaspoon of ground beef and the rest was all cheese. I should have known better then give this place a chance.

Hadn’t been to TB in a while. Now I know why. Food was just edible, nothing very good. Service was fairly lousy. All these places pay so much attention to getting people through the drive-through that an inside diner is basically ignored. Not very clean either. I do like their pop choices, so there’s that.

Not only did they forget 2 potato tacos and the sauce I requested, but they still added tomatoes to my boyfriend’s taco. I requested and saw the no tomatoes note on the receipt. My question is, what if someone was allergic to tomatoes?? How hard is it to not add something??
