Stopped by for their Friends & Family event and everything was really good.
We ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice, Phở Soupreme, Egg Rolls, and Herbal Iced Tea.
The Phở Soupreme was my favorite. The broth was comforting and the meat was very tender. The shrimp fried rice was flavorful without being heavy, and the egg rolls were nice and crispy. The herbal iced tea was lightly sweet and super refreshing. It went so well with the food I finished it right away.
Looking forward to coming back once they officially open.

The Phở Soupreme was my favorite. The broth was comforting and the meat was very tender. The shrimp fried rice was flavorful without being heavy, and the egg rolls were nice and crispy. The herbal iced tea was lightly sweet and super refreshing. It went so well with the food I finished it right away.

I was skeptical at first when I saw the name, but after trying their food, I can understand why they call themselves Soupreme. I opted for their signature dish, the Pho Soupreme, which came with brisket, meatballs, and a short rib featuring a Flintstone-sized bone as big as a baseball bat.
The bowl’s presentation seemed deceptively small, but don’t be fooled; the meat to noodle ratio was insane. Oh, and did I mention that they offer free refills on noodles if the initial portion falls short of your expectations? The broth was rich yet clean, allowing you to taste every ingredient that went into creating this bowl. The meat was literally falling off the bone, as you can see in my pictures.
I also ordered the egg rolls, because it would be a crime to pho by itself which it didn’t disappoint. However, the pho was definitely the star of the show. One thing I noticed was that they blanch their bean sprouts, which most pho restaurants tend to overlook. This small detail adds a nice touch and shows the care and attention to detail the establishment puts into their food.
The staff was incredibly sweet and frequently checked on me throughout the meal. They even packed up the massive bone for my dog to take home (and the dog was extremely happy, by the way—thank you so much! ). The interior is still a work in progress, so I can’t wait to see how it will look in the future.
All in all, I must say it was quite the surprise. I walked in without much expectation, yet I was blown away by the experience. My only complaint is that it’s so far away from where I live, and I would love to try their other items like the Lomo Saltado, Soupreme fries, and Inferno Wings. I will definitely be back to explore the rest of their menu in the near future.

Very good for gluten free options. They were able to clarify which items had gluten and there were items very that did have gluten. The menu is very simple, but a good variety. We tried the Pho Supreme and the Spring Rolls. I want to try the Bulgogi next time.

Ask for their pickled onions and you can add the 50/50 ratio of Hosin sauce and Siracha for extra deliciousness to your pho dish.
