The food was poor in taste, presentation and super salty. Absolutely not worth the price. I was honestly surprised to see it’s actually more expensive than many other places that offer far better quality, flavor, and overall experience.
The service was just as disappointing. The staff came across as rude, disengaged, and completely uninterested in providing decent customer service. It honestly felt like customers were more of an inconvenience than the reason the business exists.
What really concerned me, however, was the complete lack of basic hygiene standards in the kitchen area. I could clearly see employees with long hair and beards handling food without gloves, repeatedly touching their faces and uniforms and then immediately grabbing food and utensils. At one point, I even saw the red sanitation bucket placed directly on the food preparation surface where the hamburgers were being made.
Anyone who understands food safety knows these are serious violations of basic sanitation practices.
I say this from professional experience — over 15 years manager on duty in restaurants, and what I witnessed today would never be acceptable in any properly managed establishment. These are the most fundamental food safety standards, and ignoring them puts customers at risk.
Based on what I saw today, it’s honestly hard to believe this place would pass a proper QSC inspection.
Sadly, I doubt this location will last long here in Burleson if these issues continue. If you care about your health and basic food safety, you may want to think twice before eating here!! I even have pictures proving what I’m writing in this survey.
This restaurant needs to improve the customer services Tianna, retrain all the staff with proper training on every single station
The lady at the pickup counter was friendly and seemed very nice to customers as well. However, the young lady who took my order was quite rude. She looked unhappy and spoke to customers in a very abrupt way. When I said “thank you,” she just responded with “uh-huh.”
Inside feels like a 50’s dinner and it’s a little crowded but never less the service was fast. The staff super friendly and courteous. Ordered a #2 no cheese and got cheese on it, the staff got me the correct burger fast and gave me a coupon for free ice cream and a meal as an apology.
Have to try the custard because it’s probably like the ones I would get in Coney Island.
Will keep coming to eat here because how good those burgers taste
In the beginning, it appeared that we chose the wrong restaurant to eat at. Why? Because we waited at the counter for 5 minutes before we were acknowledged, “I’ll be right with you.” Finally, our order was taken, and we sat down to wait for our food. After 25 minutes, I decided to go to the counter and inquire where my food was. The gentleman on the grill saw me standing there and said. Can I help you? I said yes, hello. Like to know where my food is at, I handed them my receipt. He went to look, came back, and said, “I can’t find it.” I’ll remake it asap. While we were waiting at the table, the manager came over to apologize for the delay and told me that she refunded our order. Not only that, she gave us two coupons for 2 free meals for our next visit.
We were very thankful for her hospitality, and for that reason, when we are back in Burleson, we will return. Hopefully, it will be a better experience.
