I had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut – Bartram Park thanks to Kelly and Max! Their customer service was outstanding, both were extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The food was made fresh and came out perfectly. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Thank you both for such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

The food is always prepared quickly and I am able to get in and out and back to work while enjoying a hot meal. Toppings and cheese are plentiful and filling. Great service and Barbara always makes me smile! Please stop in and get your pizza today! You won’t be disappointed!

Horrible experience. We ordered two pizzas around 6:45 pm. for my daughter and her friends. After waiting over an hour with no delivery and no update, we called the store and were put on hold for more than 15 minutes, speaking to three different people with zero answers and no apology.
The manager, Stephanie, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She constantly interrupted us, refused to let us speak, and tried to offer discounts (25%, then 50%) instead of taking responsibility. When we said it wasn’t about the money, she accused us of treating her badly, said she was upset, and ultimately hung up on us.
No apology, no explanation, no accountability. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had. Do not recommend this location.

Philly- missing parm oregano, steak is poorly distributed, does not go out to the edge of cheese
Super- black olive distribution is poor, way to heavy on some slices. Dough is either old or not oiled around edge when prepped. Appears that ham was forgotten and added after baking
Pep/cheese- not enough pepperoni, remember EDGE TO EDGE placement. Cheese doesn’t cover sauce all the way.

I had such a great experience at Pizza Hut recently, and I have to give a special shoutout to Makela for her outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that made me feel welcome right away.
Makela was incredibly attentive throughout my visit—she checked in at the right times without being overbearing, made sure our order was exactly how we wanted it, and even offered great suggestions when we were unsure about what to get. You could really tell she cared about making the experience a good one.
What stood out the most was her professionalism and patience, even when things got a little busy. She stayed calm, organized, and made sure no customer felt ignored. That kind of service is rare these days and truly makes a difference.
Thanks again, Makela, for going above and beyond. You turned an ordinary visit into a really positive experience. Pizza Hut is lucky to have someone like you on the team!

Orders are always wrong. One order didn’t have crust on half the pizza and when I asked the worker why he said it’s because they ran out of dough . My recent order, the worker had an attitude and hung up on me. When I asked to speak to the manger she could care less about what her employee did. Every single time we order from here’s it’s a problem. I will never use my money here again!
Update** The general manager called and offered to make us pizza for free and said that she’s addressing the concerns of this location. Fast forward to us ordering again thinking we were not going to have any more problems my order was wrong and when I called about it I received an attitude as if we did something to them. If you spend your hard earned money here, it’s taken as a joke. This place is horrible, the workers are horrible and the food is horrible! and probably will always be.

This is the last straw for me with this location, driver marked the order as delivered when he couldn’t read the house numbers and just parked down the street in the middle of the day, when I got my pizza it was folded over in the wrong box and butchered across the middle. Save your money, order from a local place. I certainly will moving forward.
