I go every week and on this occasion im serviced by Maya whom told me i couldn’t get my toppings because they wouldn’t fit, usually i pay extra for my toppings and have no problems. The way she said it was rude as well . She definitely needs better customer service skills .

There was no indoor space, just a traditional ice cream stand where you wait outside for cones, shakes or pints. But with 3 windows open available, line goes fast.
We knew we wanted a quart to go, but struggled with flavor indecision. Witnessing our internal struggle, the counter clerk had informed us she could do a half and half. Woohoo thank you decision paralysis hero! Oreo & Tin Lizzy it is.
There’s plenty of other ice cream forms, including dinosaurs and “dirt” sundaes. And some interesting tastes too, like apple crumble. Wish we could try them all!
I was very excited to open up the container and eat the whole thing at home without outside judgements. It did not disappoint, nice and creamy and perfectly delicious.

On 12/7/2025 at approximately 1:10 PM, my mother and I visited the Bruster’s Ice Cream located at 9590 Applecross Rd, Suite 108, Oakleaf Town Center. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The young female employee working the window — a white woman with short blonde hair and light pink, oval-shaped nails — displayed unprofessional and concerning behavior.
As we approached to order, she closed the sliding window directly in our faces without any explanation. Throughout our visit, she continued to stare at us and laugh, which made the situation feel uncomfortable and disrespectful. Her actions came across as discriminatory, and it left us feeling singled out and unwelcome.
We expect better customer service and basic courtesy from any establishment. I hope management addresses this issue seriously, as no customer should be treated in a way that feels dismissive or biased.

Bruster’s is always a great place to go if you’re wanting ice cream. The only downside is the flavors change, so if you find a favorite, it may not be there the next time you go. But don’t worry they usually keep the standard flavors around! You can get a cone, cup, or in my case, bowl of ice cream . Their banana split was A LOT of ice cream for one person, it’s great for two people to share. So good and you can pick what ice cream flavors to go with the fruits. Definitely worth it. If you love a variety, this is the ice cream location for you.

They’ll never get any more money from me for this bull shit 30$$ for 2 1/2 gallons that the STAFF put in quart containers that they did not fill she said they did not use 1/2gallon containers anymore got an attitude when I told her to fill the containers up if not for my wife I would have GONE BACK TO GET MY MONEY BACK
