Cmon now Pizza Hut in lake harbor your my favorite pizza place for small personal pizza. But this doesn’t look like extra mushrooms to me that I had to pay $2 extra for. Then they’re also supposed to be extra cheese but I see spot without cheese cmon now. I had to pay $2 extra too to!

I am very pleased with the service tonight, I placed an order via a mobile app. Once I paid for it I asked for delivery, the app is supposed to work with DoorDash and the app stated via text that my order will arrive around the 11:05 PM ETA, but the person that delivered my food around 10:50 PM was an employee of Pizza Hut and one of their drivers, he said that they were looking for the third-party driver (DoorDash) and said that they couldn’t find him so the employee took it upon himself to deliver my order for me. I just want to praise the driver of Pizza Hut and say that he went out of his way when he probably was supposed to leave work for the evening and decided to bring my order to me otherwise I would have waited longer for it. This driver tonight (I didn’t catch his name) deserves a pay raise and showed excellent customer service as well. I also work in the customer service area and always look for outstanding team members in different companies with great customer service.

I ordered the cheeseburger melt and fries. My kids had the pepperoni melt and bbq wings, and the meat lovers melt with Buffalo wings. They were all good and under $30. The staff was great. I ordered online, but when I got there, my order wasn’t quite ready, so I had to wait, but the young man made sure to keep me updated on my order and apologized for the wait. It does fill you up.

After waiting 25 minutes at the store after my scheduled pick up time, I arrived home to an uncooked pizza with cheese that wasn’t even melted. Tried calling for 30 minutes until they closed at 11:00 p.m. but phone call never went through, even after bin transferred from Pizza Hut’s 1800 number.

I’m not please AT ALL!!! First, my food was late and cold!!! Second, the order was wrong!! I order a stuffed crust Buffalo Chicken pizza with wings and more ranch!!! I got a boneless chicken wings with a half pineapple, ham and bacon and half sausage and pepperoni pizza!! Then, I tried contacting the store and they answered the phone and didn’t say anything. After, they just left it off the hook!! I haven’t eaten at Pizza Hut in awhile, but won’t make that mistake again!

This pizza is by far the worst I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut. It was not only thrown around. It was half done. And when it was delivered it was suppose to contactless delivery but the delivery driver knocked on the door and insisted to wait on a response. Then when i tried to call the store and get the survey number the lady who answered the phone sat the phone down and walked away. The worst Pizza Hut.
