Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Nov 2025 – New location in Fulshear, TX. It’s a small footprint location that not easily accessible with limited parking and inside seating space. Nevertheless, it’s a Whataburger through and through with all the great food favorites. LOVE the soda machine. Lots of App order delivery spaces. It’s new so super clean! Service was prompt and efficient.

Bro, this Whataburger trip was actually wild in the best way. I came in expecting a normal meal, and instead I got treated like I owned the place. The food was perfect, hot, and fresh, but Jason was the real MVP. He checked on me before I even realized I needed anything, brought refills fast, and made sure every part of my order was spot on.
His energy was calm but focused, like he genuinely cared about making my day better. He treated me like royalty for real, no exaggeration. If every Whataburger had a Jason, this place would never lose. Ten out of ten, and I’m coming back just because of him.

Jason was an awesome fast food worker! He was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct. You can tell he really cares about giving good service, which honestly made the whole experience better. The food came out fast and fresh, and Jason kept a positive attitude the entire time. The place has a nice modern look inside, plenty of seating, and the drive thru moves quickly even during rush hours. It is great having a Whataburger right here in Fulshear so there is no need to drive out further to the other whataburger.
