My partner and I came 45 minutes before closing and it was so busy still!
The establishment is extremely well kept— super clean and their condiment station stays loaded! Every hot item we ordered came out piping hot.
Big fan of their shroom burger if you like mushrooms or want to try something different.
Can’t recommend this shake shack more than enough.

The best burgers chain for my opinion, and specially this one was very clean cause I went in a lot of this in the city and they were nasty, this place it was clean I give it a 4 the food was nice but sometimes I don’t like how they don’t cook the burgers good and I now, you can order them well done and stuff but one time I eat one that was really red the food if good don’t take my message to literally is a good place to take your girl or your family. That’s my opinion

Classic wholesome burgers and a nice thick shake , can’t get better than that. Good array of options , they don’t simple , they do it good . Really enjoyed their food . Do recommended . Just a bit on the pricier side but justified for the quality .

I had no idea a Shake Shack opened up in Oceanside. I always go to the one in Garden City. Well, I had to go to Amazon Fresh to return a package, saw it passing by, and decided to get food for myself and my family. I ordered on the app and waited until I got the “food is almost ready, head inside” text to go in. I was expecting it to be like Garden City where someone is posted at the takeout bag stand and calls out your name then gives you your food but no one was there. They just put your food on the stand and walkaway. Every time a bag came out all the people waiting would gather around to see if it was their food which was annoying. When I finally got my food, I checked to make sure everything was in there and it was. The food was fresh and good. Actually tasted better than Garden City. My family all loved their food and even asked for Shake Shack again the next day which I went back and got. The takeout setup was the same but it wasn’t packed like the first time I went as you can see in the pictures. So when the food was put on the stand, the cashier ran over and read the name and gave to me. I would definitely recommend this location.

When I ordered for the first time, the food arrived still warm and was delicious. When I ordered the second and third time, after I ate the food along with the custard, and drank the drinks, I got sick the next day and had body pains. Today, I ordered food and my burger and onion rings arrived both ice cold. I asked for no cheese on my burger, and cheese was put on it. The food is good when it arrives hot or warm, and when it is not tampered with so that you do not get sick after eating it. Time to test the food and drink to find out if anything was put in it.

I really love Shake Shack, and this location in particular has some good people. Going there is never an issue, but ordering online is a nightmare. I only live about 10 minutes away, but every time I order in, no matter what service I use, it always takes at least an hour and when the food gets here it’s ice cold. Knowing it takes as long as it does, I obviously won’t order any shacks, because they’ll be melted, and it’s just really disappointing. I work in the opposite direction, so on a night like tonight, where I’m tired and don’t want to drive out of my way, I order in. I’m hungry, tired, and am already waiting 50 minutes, that’s not okay. I order from places a lot further away and never have to wait this long, they really need to do better, regardless of how much less they might be making from online orders, because this whole situation just turns me off to Shake Shack and makes me order a lot less often.

This is a odd review as the intent is different. I am an Uber driver and I just have to say your employees as so polite and amazing passengers. Whenever I pick up a worker from here, they are always so respectful. This speaks a lot to the quality of staff hired. Keep up the good work!

Possible I ordered the two worst things in the menu? Shroom burger tasted like I bit into a bullion cube doused in too much of some kind of mayonnaise and cheese-like sauce. Really not desirable to eat at all and I did not, AND it was expensive. Boba drink was also quite expensive and worse than ok. This drink was gross. On top of that, I was prompted for a tip, which I regret to have given for a terrible meal. I regret going here. What a waste.
