Order was to be ready at 19:42. They didn’t give it to me until 20:03. Pizza was horrible and no cheese on the pizza when we ordered extra cheese. They had like 6 people working and I was the only one waiting. Go somewhere else. ‘

Ordered Hawaiian and thin crust pepperoni for the Indiana Florida game.
We’re from out of town, but if you are a pizza shop and I can’t order pizza online, from finding you on Google maps, then I cant eat your pizza.
Pizza Hut has an app and I can order easily.
I really wanted to try some pizza from another local pizza shop, but I couldn’t because they don’t have a way for me to order online. It should be fast and easy!
Pizza was as expected, except here they charge $2 for pan pizza crust? Does the dough cost more in the Midwest? Interesting. Usually its $1 extra from where I live, but why is it extra in the first place, since pan crust was the only option for years? Probably because thats what baby boomers and Gen X remember and figure those people order more pizza? Lady who gave my order was really nice. Gave some extra condiments, since we dont have a kitchen.
Anyway, great pizza! easy app, easy ordering.

On 8/31/25 I was delivered a raw pizza on that same night after the pizza was delivered I contacted the location to tell them it was raw the stated they would refund me. I have not, as of 09/19/25, received a refund. I have chatted with the support team multiple times and contacted the local location with no contact back and still no refund. This is frustrating as I have been waiting about 20 days and made contact multiple times. Furthermore the pizza being raw is the main issues here. After spending $45 one might believe their order would at least arrive cooked.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and light sauce on the thin crust, mozzarella sticks and apple pies. Pizza was ok. Mozzarella sticks were barely cooked and not firm and the apple pies were the biggest rip-off. I took pictures of my order and when I opened the box for the pies, 4 pies, they were jumbled up and sooooo NOT cooked! One pie exploded somehow and it was a mess and definitely disappointing. They’re good when they’re thoroughly cooked and not jumbled up on each other and have at least one exploded making it a pile of undercooked apple pie mush. Blah. Delivery time was ok but they were closed by the time I got my order. Just be careful when you order from anywhere really.

We were the only customers in the restaurant and the service was so slow. We waited too long for our waitress to check on our table.
We ordered a large supreme but there were few toppings and no black olives. Waitress was friendly but it seemed we were not a priority.

I called at noon to place my order for 7:10pm pickup. I told them I needed it ready to go at 7:10 they said no problem. Not only was the food 15 minutes late getting out to me they also didn’t have my whole order because somehow they were out of breadsticks. Very bad experience would definitely not recommend it.

I have been going to this particular location time after time to do DoorDash. The evening manager Denise is not the most professional. Orders are not prepared in a timely manner. Last time I stopped there last Friday on 6/27, while waiting for the food to be done for the customer whose order I had to deliver, I overheard this same evening manager hang up the phone on a customer at least three times and rudely telling them to “get a real hobby”. The customer whose order I was assigned to took over 20 minutes and wasn’t prepared when I first arrived, and it had to be delivered to a customer/party in some small town about 15 minutes away. The evening manager involved needs to go find a different job and her professionalism is lacking, and she’s not educating her crew to get orders prepared and finished in a timely manner.
If you know what’s good for you, do not order from this location or accept orders from this location either when you’re in the position to be a Dasher. Go to Little Caesar’s or Godfather’s nearby instead and they’ll have your pizzas prepared in a timely manner.

If i could, it would be 0 stars. We ordered food for delivery at 5pm. 2 hour wait, delivery time, which is OK since it’s Friday and busy time. Delivery time was supposed to be 7.30pm-7.40pm. 8.20pm my husband called to ask where it was. They said it was delivered but our app said on the way. We are trying to get a refund but they keep hanging up on us and refuse to give a refund. We have 2 boys to feed but one we had to feed something else and put to bed. By now (8.50pm) we have to feed the other one so we can put him to bed. Unacceptable!!!

Why cant paid help take an order and get it right????? Carry food and the help cant take a simple order. They do this knowing that people will not drive back. Get new help that can take an order and prepare the food as ordered…
