We always love this quiet spot for date night or lunch takeout. The food is always amazing and waitstaff is prompt and friendly. We went in recently and were thrilled to see new seating (booths & nice comfy chairs) as well as upgrades to the bathroom. This is a hidden gem on Amelia Island. You will not be disappointed. We love the poke salad, lots of rolls and the sushi sashimi combo. Their grill menu is fantastic too. Never had a bad dish from Hana Sushi!!!

Local restaurant, staff was very friendly upon entering and helpful throughout the visit. Main issue was just cleanliness frankly. Water glass was served with a crushed bug on the rim, sauce containers had dried / discolored dried sauce residue, ordered 3 rolls and one had a 2-3″ grey hair inside of it. (I’m bald for perspective) Thai Tea was on their menu but clearly caught them off guard when ordering and took several folks to make. Food tasted good and great portion size. Sat the counter and absolutely zero smells, so clearly food was fresh, just miss on cleanliness.

Don’t let the Strip Mall fool you by no means! After entering, you feel.. the Japanese atmosphere! We were greeted by a very friendly.. smiling host/server! From start to finish, the experience was amazing! I chose the Combination Steak/Chicken Teriyaki with lo mein as a substitute for the rice! It included Clear Soup w/ a Side Salad and Drink! Fresh is the best description I can think of! My entree was cooked upon ordering! Very authentic in taste and quality! I would DEFINITELY eat here again! Good prices.. Fresh food.. Friendly service!

I order pick up from both Hana Sushi’s often. Today I ordered from the one on Amelia island. I was very disappointed to find that my tempura shrimp was not deveined and it was more breaded not tempura. I also asked for extra ginger what seems like a little Thing, however I got barely any ginger. I attempted to call the restaurant twice after I got home and it went straight to voicemail. There’s other sushi places here that I will take my business to in the future.

I ordered off doordash and there’s not a button where you can pay for more boba so I asked in the “extra description” section and asked for more. I got the boba and it was really good btw and the food. And than I didn’t realize there was note, I saw it and it honestly put a smile on my face. Even though they weren’t able to they still gave me extra of something else. It’s just the little things that just make you smile.

Scallop Volcano and Hana Special Roll!! Delish and they also have a great presentation on whatever you order!! Not too salty. The soups are light and flavorful. Great little gem.
