On my third and last trip here, once again i had to wait 20 minutes for a simple sub. The crew has no sense of urgency when it comes to getting the orders out. Service is the worst of any Firehouse Subs that i’ve ever visited and I’ll not be back.

Super slow service. I waited 20 minutes to get a small medium sandwich. There was one lady in front of me that ordered multiple items to go and apparently they couldn’t handle the flow of two people in line to get me my sandwich quicker. It’s frustrating sitting so long waiting for your food at what is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Things like this make me not want to come back. Girl taking the order was extremely slow.

I ordered the new captains club and all I can say what a joke. I paid $16 for a med sub with chips and drink after rounding up. There’s hardly no meat on the sub and one strip of bacon. And half of the sandwich didn’t have cheese on it.

My first visit to this location was less than something to be desired. The store was dirty along with the tables. I ordered a meatball sub with pepperoncini and got jalapeños. If you’re going to work in a sub shop you should know the difference. I gave them a second chance today and the service with 8 people was slow and especially during lunch hour. I took my food home and it was missing items I asked for. Not good. And I paid $8 for something I could have made at home. Not visiting again

Don’t go! Seriously one of the worst dining experiences of my life, just look at my sub! You’re about to spend $7 on something and this is what you get. On top of that, the whole restaurant was consumed by smoke. I’m apparently they had no exhaust for their fumes. I have never had an experience like this before. I will never ever be coming back to this place!! Bake out one of my subs Right, but the other two were ridiculous. When you’re spending $7 on something, you should expect decent food. Even their Coke machine was empty. I tried clicking on Coke, then clicking on Cherry Coke and it stopped halfway. Went back to get it, thought it was an error, wasn’t. There were no other options besides Coke. Employee roll their eyes when I asked for hot sauce.
