I asked for hot coffee, they made me very warm coffee. I asked to change the coffee. They changed it, but gave me a broken cup. I went to my truck and started drinking. Everything spilled. I went back and asked for my money back, to which the young girls who work there said. Oh, we can’t, we gave you a normal cup. Now it’s such a cup, in general, and cuz $2.50 began to argue, then one said- Maybe you want to change the coffee? I said, well, change the coffee too, and again they gave me very warm coffee, this time. I left. Disgusting service. now i have too use microwave to make it hot ♂️

Female staff member was incredibly rude when telling us that all carts are to be placed in the lobby. I did not know about this policy, she had no reason to be abrasive & offensive in her approach to my daughter & I. I was so perturbed that I snatched my food & left. Some people have no business being in a customer service atmosphere.

Went around 9pm before closing and wasn’t expecting much but the food was hot and fresh. Only complaint was that I went up to ask for a cup of BBQ sauce and the lady said they are 21 cents each right after another employee gave the guy I’m front of me a handful of them. Lmao

Waited 15 minutes for my order which was 2 double cheese burgers and 20 peice nugget. When I finally got it, i only had a 10 peice and the manager said she would get me the other 10 peice shortly… after 20 more minutes I came to the counter and the manager saw me but completely ignored me… when I went to ask for my money back she said she forgot all about me waiting. Terrible service… also the flies are awful can’t sit to eat cuz they land on your food absolutely disgusting.
6 years later, place is even dirtier and flies are still all over. Floors and widows are geyond dirty, chairs & tables are sticky with dirt, trash all over the tables and floors very unhealthy environment.

Neutral customer service. Food is almost always great, fries are iffy, sometimes they are burnt. The place looks stylish but very very dirty. Theres always flies and very messy floors and tables.

On Monday evening April 5th I went into McDonald’s and gave the young man a heads up that I had a big order, I was buying for 3 families. I said I’m not in a hurry so don’t panic. My order totaled 100$ and they all looked panicked again I said I’m not in a hurry. I think the were relieved. They handle the situation very well and got my entire order correct with the exception of the sweet tea not being sweet but that’s fine. The 3 young men did a great job. Thank you guys for being so patient and polite.

Last visit was terrible. I stop here only for a quick bite when we are busy with other things. Service was horrendous. The kiosk was out of service and I was Ignored by staff who were busy talking, ended up leaving without ordering since it was such an inconvenience to wait on paying customer.

The smell hit first, nice and smoky. I ordered one of the new quarter pounder with cheese. It was outstanding. Just a little char, smoky bacon and my fries were hot and fresh. The girl who waited on me was pleasant and ha ha ha I wanted to buy her soul. but as a McDonald’s employee it was siezed to prevent any wandering off. Hail Satan.
