Really appreciate the atmosphere, and good coffee at this facility. There are great creative seating options, and a nice ambiance. I went during the week a couple of hours before closing time and it was nice and mostly peaceful. Friendly staff made a quality custom latte for me…and I returned for another latte for the road when I left. Also picked up a nice large bulle of sourdough bread. I’ll bring my wife back next trip to sip some coffee and “hang” on some comfy chairs.
Nice job, FT. Smith Coffee Co at the Bakery District!
(Even noted the Dietrich machine which brought back some Cali memories. Nice touch.)

First time here, passing by the town wanted a good coffee. Coffee was good but to have such a nice environment they serve coffee in cardboard cups. Definitely changed the flavor of the coffee, “Coffee lovers” will understand.
My food wasn’t the greatest for what I paid. I do not recommend the food here just because is just like McDonalds or BK. I never heard my name called for my coffee it was just on the counter getting cold. When they called my husbands name we both went to the counter confuse because both coffees where side by side we asked, Makayla oh excuse me, which coffee is mine? Makayla had a bit of an attitude when we asked which coffee was what. She replied: “Is writing on the side which is what”

What a nice place to get a premium cup of coffee and a bite to eat. My wife and I breakfasted there. I had their regular coffee that day (Peruvian & Mexican) and a breakfast burrito. My wife had hot tea with her coffee cake. All were excellent, but if you are in a hurry (we weren’t) beware. The burrito was made to order. Definitely not fast food but very good.

I ordered a London Fog which is one of my favorite go-to drinks. You can either make a good one or a bad one. There isn’t an in-between. It was perfect. The atmosphere of the building was incredible. Live plants, indoor seats that made you feel like you were outdoors, and friendly staff. I also love that they use Savoy tea.

Fort Smith Coffee Company is a fantastic spot! The coffee is super delicious, and the sandwiches are amazing. They even have homemade, housemade syrup, which is a real treat. The café is kid-friendly, with a fun play area called Fort Kids right outside the lobby near the restrooms, so kids can play while you enjoy your coffee.

One of our favorite touches is the swings inside—so fun for both kids and adults! It’s a great place to relax, grab a bite, and let the little ones burn off some energy. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Fort Smith!

The coffee is decent, but the True Grit was disappointing—similar to other drinks I’ve tried here. The service is consistently subpar, whether they’re busy or not. That said, the atmosphere in this beautiful bakery district is enjoyable. Worth visiting for the ambiance, but I’d skip the coffee. It’s a nice place to stop by— but NOT a go-to spot for coffee.

Came in and ordered a tea with lavender and a flat white. Took my order and the. She slammed down my tea saying here’s your earl grey. I asked if it had lavender and the employee yelled at me to confirm my order next time. Then she dumped so much lavender in it the tea spilled over. My flat white was just a lattee. Worse customer service I’ve ever had here. So rude and incompetent.

Amazing is all I can say. My first time here and I’m a coffee connoisseur. Best cup I’ve had by their fantastic barista. The panini was also perfect. You absolutely must go here when you are in FT Smith Arkansas

This is one magical place. They make the very best London Fog Tea! It’s extremely relaxing and refreshing to come here. The staff is amazing and so professional and polite.

The coffee and service were not good. The one standout item was the maple candied bacon burrito, which suggests the cook knows what they’re doing, assuming it wasn’t premade. However, it did take a long time to come out. Overall, everything is overpriced. The shop itself is cute, but it is hard to overlook the stains on the furniture. Also, if you need to use the restroom, be prepared to navigate a bit of a maze. That’s not really the coffee shop’s fault, though. It’s an old building with shared restrooms for multiple businesses.
