Very busy! They seem short on help. There is a sign on the door saying “Drive thru only due to staffing issues.”, yet, you can enter to order from the counter or pick up online orders.
My order was half ready. To make up for the wait, I was given twice the amount of Munchkins I ordered. Nice .
Only issue, a girl behind the counter said the “f-bomb” and “G- d-it” while complaining that the bacon wasn’t cooked correctly. I understand they are under a lot of stress, but, be careful with the language.
Place looks in good shape. Facemasks required to enter.

The staff had a lot of attitude for no reason it’s the kind of energy that can ruin your whole day. A simple coffee run shouldn’t feel like a confrontation.

the worst staff i think i’ve ever encountered. i work right by the store, so sometimes i grab quick stuff. but every single visit without fail, attitude and rushing and not an ounce of customer service in any voice. my items shoved into my hand, like i’m a bother. seriously this place needs an entire new staff update.

This Dunkin is so so. It’s always really busy, which would be fine if they were efficient, but the staff is so slow. If you think parking and getting off to order will get you your iced coffee faster, you would be wrong. There’s nothing wrong with the actual coffee and food though. 3/3.5 stars.

Pulling in the drive thru..
Cashier handing customer in front of me had iced drink spilling down her arm as she was being passed her drink.The cashier handed her napkins and says “have a great day” as if like ok here’s napkins now go.. she did not greet me when i got to window or even when i had completed the purchase and had my order.
My order was a Lava Cake iced Sig. Latte and a black pepper bacon egg and cheese on english and the drink was great however the sandwich on the other hand wasn’t even cooked, English barely warm let alone toasted, cheese not even really melted and bacon so greasy and thrown on there that it all came out of sandwich and dripped everywhere with my first (hesitant) bite..
No napkins in bag and obv wasn’t asked if i needed any as i wasn’t even greeted so I will not be going here again if ever back in the area and wouldn’t suggest this location to anybody either..
Cashier was more concerned with other Co worker’s conversation about somebody with a dog than me at the window or the spill all over the poor woman in front of me. *temp being 1 degree to have an ice drink spilt down your arm really gotta suck..

The service is always quick and my order is never wrong so I give it stars for that. However, half the staff are miserable and half are great. Guess that’s just kind of par for the course though. Don’t love that they prioritize all drive through orders before in-store orders but maybe that’s how they all do it
