Pizza is trash. Original crust is flat and floppy. 3 meat treat is not at all what is advertised. They have portions that they definitely stick to so when you think ordering 3 meat or extra most bestest definitely isn’t what is pictured or even close. 12 pieces of sausage, no bacon, and 10 pepperonis… lol pieces are cut into eight so your looking a bare pizza. Don’t waste your money. This is a constant situation here. Check out godfathers, hunts, Casey’s, or dominos… trust!

1st I couldn’t pay my order on line. We physically then walked in and orderd. I couldn’t get my ” on line ” special so i settled for what ever special the over the counter had hust to get my stuff and go home. We then discovered our lovely pies were dry and absolutely zero sauce and my ham pizza became a cheese pizza. It was magic I guess.

Ordered pizza and crazy bread online. Husband went to pick up didn’t get everything we ordered he let them know he was pretty sure I ordered 3 crazy breads person at window said no just 2 came home I did in fact order 3. Headed back up there called husband on the way as the pizza we ordered was not only wrong it was barely cooked. Went back up there has them remake the pizza, also barely cooked but toppings were almost right decided to give up and cook it the rest of the way at home. I’ll just spend the extra 20 bucks at dominos for way better pizza. “Co-manager” is the one that caused most issues.

The pizza was dry! We picked up at the drive through and didn’t even check tell was home ! The service was not good. The cashier was not polite. I should have known. Husband placed an order at 6:27 pm on 12/3/2025 and door dash delivered. When the pizzas arrived both were severely undercooked. We called them to resolve the issue and get new pizzas. My husband went to pick up said pizzas and they were both still undercooked with the crust being raw and doughy. When in the store he showed them to pizza and they stated they will not make the pizzas for a 3rd time. Manager didn’t seem to care as they stated they would not remake it or fix the issue. Don’t go to the EL Reno location unless you want doughy undercooked pizza. It’s in the name ” Hot N Ready”.

Cancelled my order after waiting inside for the entirety of my lunch break. And I placed my order well in advance. The customers that were there were all waiting for theirs too but on the verge of cancelling too. This place is a dumpster fire. Even the drinks in the front cooler are expired. I get a business gets busy but they need to take ownership and let ppl know when they come in or come through the drive thru.

The girl at the window was nice. My boyfriend ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a cheese. When we got there, there were two workers smoking weed next to the drive thru. One of them had a pen then went and got the other one. She started smoking the pen and the other one started rolling one behind the drive thru screen. Unacceptable.

I ordered 2 pretzel crusts, waited nearly 40 minutes, then as I arrived was told they didn’t have the crust, after talking more she changed it to “there’s no cheese”. They then gave someone else the EXACT same pizza, they “had no ingredients for” absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT come here!!!

I just got a 3 meat it wasn’t hot it was barely warm and when I got home started to eat the pizza was hard like it was made the night before. Only time I ever get a good pizza is when first open or if I get lucky and it just came out of the oven. I love little Caesars pizza frish. All I’m saying hot and ready is a lie it should be warm and ready but never still i won’t be going back there. PS Service is always great and friendly.
