We had high hopes trying this for the first time after driving by a few times, unfortunately we will not be back and were VERY disappointed in the food and experience.
I got the picada with the steak and plantains. My husband got the bull fries with steak as added protein.
CONS:
-Food was cold, we ordered in person and waited 15 minutes for it being the only ones in line
-The steak was super tough, chewy, and dry – maybe another protein would have been better?
-Very expensive for what we received, $20 for the picada, $40 for our entire order (see pics)
-They forgot a third of my food (the picada), my plantains. We called after we got home, and they said they we could come back and get them. I should have checked, but ended up having to drive double for our order. When picking up I asked about the cheese sauce along with them, and was told it only comes when ordering plantains separately. Wouldn’t even throw it in or do anything extra for us driving double and them forgetting to give it to us in the first place!
-Plantains were burnt (see the pics!)
PROS:
-Flavor overall was good
-Atmosphere is cute and clean
-Had some nice complimentary Colombian tea while we were waiting for 15 minutes for our cold food

I absolutely love this food truck! I went today and ordered the Cowboy Corn with steak, it was delicious! I also tried their famous Pork Belly Ceviche, and let me tell you… it’s an absolute must-try! The atmosphere they’ve created is cozy, welcoming, and relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
