It’s my birthday today so i decided to grab a slice of cake I’ve been wanting for a while. I also had a iced matcha latte & it was delicious, but the Peach Cream Cake was not good, it looks better than it is. Good thing i just grabbed a slice 🙂

This isn’t the best of the Tous le Jours. It’s nice that it’s in the H Mart, and this is definitely an older H Mart. The Tous le Jours didn’t have a lot of what I was looking for when we went so it was a little bit of a disappointment. Hopefully it will be better stocked in the future as this bakery always has a solid product, especially the baby chous (baby cream puffs).

Bad service,
A female employee had no enthusiasm and dedication to customer service, she ruined the birthday cake but refused to fix it. If I were someone else, I would have refused to buy this birthday cake and asked her to pay for it back, but because of my daughter at home, I had to take it home.
When my daughter saw the cake with the smudged and scribbled words, she was very sad and cried and I didn’t know how to explain.
I’m not recommended to anyone who wants a cake or drinks here!

Rude I walked up to the counter. No one greeted me. I was a bit indecisive on what I wanted and my kids as well and we kept changing our minds and They just picked up a cake without me saying what I wanted to have a nerve to ask for a tip. The customer service is terrible. Every time I come here they’re rude.

The workers are so kind and never rude, and the food is definitely one of the most delicious and unique that I have ever tried

I asked for a extra hot matcha latte and I swear that I can throw the matcha on my face and feel nothing hahaha, terribly cold for a hot matcha. Super disappointed. The flavor was ok.

Wasn’t what I expected. Was expecting more choices of deserts from the bakery. I paid $13.50 for the hibachi. I wish I could get my money back. I didn’t understand why they didn’t take the entire shell on the shrimps. The yum yum sauce they gave were very tiny. And the last but most important the food needed seasoning, butter or something.

The customer service was very bad and unprofessional. We came in to order the cakes and pointed at the cakes that we wanted to order, an Asian employee (she didn’t wear her name tag) said that I can’t touch the glass, but actually I didn’t, we were standing few feet away from the glass cabinet where the cakes were displayed inside. Then I was again explaining what we wanted, that Asian employee not even came around to look at the cakes that I was pointing at, she raised her voice asking “what cake?” I explained again that we wanted the cloud cake size 4 and size 2, then she had an attitude by saying she doesn’t understand what I said and that I shouldn’t raise my voice, but that was not true, I said I didn’t raise my voice at all, then she claimed that I did and gave me a nasty look. That Asian employee was so rude and disrespectful. So, we just left and didn’t order anything. We came here many times before to order the cakes with the owner and and also another employee and they were very nice.

Just bought a cake here. Terrible experience at the store. Very extremely rude staff.
The staff had us to pay for the cake even before let us take a look at it. Didn’t ask us for what should be write to the cake and color, or candles. When asked for the manager, no one was there to take care of the matter.
Not recommend if you want pretty cake and good service. Never come back.
