Will is the rudest manager. I’ve been ordering from Papa John’s for over 6 years Every Sunday night for youth group. & he dared to threaten me to take our group discount away because I asked how much 3 regular pizzas were. Mind you, every week food goes to waste because I’m forced to order 5 pizzas from them in order to get the discount, so that’s why I’m asking… so that food does not go to waste. Instead He assumes my motives (trying to say I’m being cheap) when I’m simply trying for food not to go to waste. I cancelled my order and I’m never ordering from here again. Ordering from luv n oven. Took 2 min, same price and great service! Will, learn how to treat people that give you consistent business. Papa John’s just lost a long time customer.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. We ordered pizza for Halloween night on Thursday for delivery Friday evening. 24 hours in advance. Pizza didn’t show up, tried to call of course no answer. Went there in person and there were tons of pissed off people standing around. Took forever to talk to someone the girl finally told me that my order wasn’t even up yet on the board. I said how can other orders be ahead of me if I ordered yesterday? The only shining moment here was the young girl at the counter trying her best to resolve issues. I asked to talk to the manager who was standing six feet away. He wouldn’t come talk to me. Typical issue as we’ve had problems with this location previously and same type of service. Another woman came in and was extremely frustrated that her order which she placed at noon had been cancelled. Again instead of coming out to talk to anyone he yells out “ we have 640 pizzas to make”. Well maybe you should have considered capacity and timing and stopped talking orders. In any event the girl who DID have customer service ended up giving me three other pizzas and sent me on my way. The other bright light was that two and a half hours later which was three hours after it was supposed to be delivered a dude shows up with three additional pizzas.
At the end of the day this manager is terrible. No customer service skills, three his team under the bus and wouldn’t help them, in the past his store has forgotten stuff for delivery and when we call it in he says “sure I can deliver it but I’ll have to charge you”. He wants to charge me for the stuff I ordered that his team didn’t deliver right in the first place.
My advice. Go to Pizza Hu, Coleys Pizza or get a take out from Costco. Avoid this Papa John’s

I had a disgusting experience at your restaurant and felt helpless and the employees there acted as if it’s no big deal and it happens all the time. Upon getting there at 8:42pm, Sunday night. I paid and when i looked to examine the pizza I found a long black hair belonging to the short girl who made my pizza. When I brought it to the attention of the cashier – her response was “do you want another pizza ” – I, angered by her response asked to speak to the manager and when he came by he said do you want another pizza or your money back – His name was Dylan(unless he lied) – the then told me that it would time 15 minutes. No one there was wearing gloves or hair nets and the girl who made my pizza – I witnessed her looking at her phone. – So much for cleanliness. I waited at the need to feed my family. I asked for some sought of compensation for me having to wait and was told by Dylan he could make me another pizza or my money back – he was sarcastic about it – to the point that i wanted to teach him some manners – even at end when he kept say “have a good night, have a good night. Please check your pizzas or anything else by them – to make sure there are no hairs roaches or rat droppings

Save your money and buy somewhere else. They have got order wrong multiple times. I ordered an extra large this last time and received a medium. I also ordered the papa bites and when I opened it, it looked like the box had been shaken vigorously. When you try to call and talk to them about it they leave you on hold until you just want to give up. When I called this time I was on hold for over 12 minutes just running through the loop message over and over again. Spend the extra $10 and order local.

Hair in the pizza! Disgusting! The person on the phone said they know who it was, I get to the store and the manager brings all the “employees” to the front telling me the hair don’t match. I told him look close the hair is baked into the cheese. I pulled a long string out of the pizza. He says, no that’s no one here, like I went through all this for a $5 refund. What a joke, my kids were completely disgusted and we order pizza from there on the regular but not anymore.

The pizza is so thin you can see right through the dough with the toppings and all and it’s EVERY time. It doesn’t even hold up when you pick it up. I don’t understand. We waited about an hour which is fine but to pay 40$ for the pizza and delivery fees and then have barely any dough is ridiculous.

I had a great experience at Papa John’s, and I want to give a special thank you to Luis, the General Manager. The pizza was absolutely delicious fresh, hot, and made just right. The store was also very clean and well-kept, which really stood out to me. You can tell that Luis takes pride in running a well-organized, customer focused restaurant. It’s always a pleasure coming in when everything is on point like this. Keep up the great work, Luis!
