So me and my family love this place. Only burger king we go to. Yesterday, a bit before nine, I got my food and was checking it, and I thought I was missing something (but also they always give us the stuff they missed lol), and i got out of the car, tripped on a food bag. And it spill3d everywhere outside. The manager on shift was nice, listened to the whole thing, and even replaced my whole order. Because most of it was in the bag. It made my mood so much better, and again, she was super nice about it. It didn’t take too long either

food was okay, thats not what this is about. the service, AMAZING! i came after a really long day at work and the employee at the register was so very nice and answered all my questions. we pulled up to the window and two employees were standing there, not with food yet (because its been a minute and they are making it fresh) but with amazing and fun-loving attitudes ready to laugh and joke around. we got our food and we stayed to talk for another few minutes just to laugh (no one was in line behind us). usually getting fast food late at night after work isn’t the best experience but you can really tell that these workers are trying to give good service no matter the time of day.

This place doesn’t clean their pop machines for sure. And never can they get an order right I swear. My sprite today is DISGUSTING, change your syrup… but what’s even worse is y’all need to clean your machine. I’ve worked and managed restaurants for years and I can assure you this place never cleans theirs. Awful, into the garbage it all went (forgot nuggets, gave the wrong sauce, gave the wrong size fries, and didn’t give my husband his drink)

I haven’t been in Burger King in years.
This is one of the WORSE fast food meal in a long time! Too much ketchup, mayo that caused my sandwich to be messy, tasteless and bland.
Stick to homemade meals.
Only positive experience was I was not forced to use that robot computer and

Always tasty and fresh! The staff is so kind all of the time. I really enjoy and look forward to coming here. My favorite deal is the 2 for 3. I get a full breakfast, desert abd coffee included for $6! Dinner menu also the cheapest while tasting the best. Thank you guys!

Place was clean, I’ll give em that. The cashier was a little rude in that she made me feel like I was bothering her. Also, and this is huge… The nail in that franchises coffin was my crispy chicken that when I opened it, I thought they gave me a “flame broiled” burger! It wasn’t, but I had wished that it was because it was my shriveled brown and soggy, certainly not crispy chicken sandwich. At 25.00 for 2 meals, I expect my food to AT LEAST, look like what I ordered and if it wasn’t to go, I’d have returned it. Way gross and so very disappointing

This was second time Ive given this location a shot first time since they gave my kid chicken nuggets that were basically liquid in the center when he bit into them . I had called after that the manager called talked to me about my situation and promised me she had a gift card on the way to my house ….guess what it never showed up and I never returned until 2 days ago , however bad mistake to return to this location the older lady that took my order In the drive thru was rude on the speaker and at the window not to mention messed my order up by not giving me my kids dinner had I not been through enough dealing with this place I made sure I checked my bag before I got to far , had to turn around and go back only to be treated like I did something wrong because she didn’t put my chicken fries I ordered and paid for in the bag …….I will not use this location after being lied to and given raw liquid nuggets and never compensated and now being treated this way by the rude lady at the speaker …..beware if you go to this location make SURE you check your order and whether your food is actually cooked
