The food was divine! I couldn’t tell it was gluten or dairy free at all. The sandwich was small but delicious and the lemon waffle was LITERALLY the best waffle I’ve ever had. And I don’t normally eat gluten free! It was insanely fluffy. There was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it.

As a gluten free girl this place is a dream – but to be honest it feels overpriced and overhyped.
I got the banana bread French toast – which was quite good, but cost $14 for two slices of bread and a few slices of banana. My sister got the lemon pound cake waffles – which was $13 for 1 small waffle with a tiny scoop of lemon curd. We watched the workers making the hashbrowns – which was just a reheated bag of frozen hashbrowns from Walmart.
We also got the sunset drink – which was $7 – but it just tasted like watered down frozen orange concentrate.
If the prices were lower I’d give 10 stars, but $4 for two fried eggs just feels egregious. A whole carton of eggs at Costco costs $5.

Stopped in to try a Utah style soda and ended up taste testing the Valentine’s Day special. Both were incredible, and the staff was amazing. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Provo

Excellent gluten-free restaurant. The lemon waffle was seriously delicious, light and fluffy with lemon curd and whipped cream! Yum. I got some scrambled eggs and bacon on the side for protein. The eggs could have been better since they were cracked and scrambled on the grill. A little overcooked too. But I was focused on my waffle. My husband liked his breakfast sandwich too.
I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have decaf coffee, but we enjoyed our breakfast.
Note that you order at the counter and sit wherever. Comfy, family style seating.

Food was solid…. flavorful, fresh, and well prepared also “gluten free”. Ordering and refills, though, were handled in a confusing way that made the process feel awkward. The staff seemed a bit unorganized, and the kitchen ran unevenly during service. The place was fairly clean except the kitchen from the view I saw.but the atmosphere felt off—no real energy or comfort to match the quality of the food. I love this place. Never had a bad experience, I’ve loved every menu single item I’ve had. The entire place is gluten free and they have an entire dairy free and vegan menu as well. They also serve drinks and desserts. Depending on the time you go, there can be a long wait or no wait. I’m obsessed with their breakfast fries and banana French toast sticks. They have an entire separate dinner menu on certain days, check their business hours on their social media for those times.

Such a great place to go for breakfast for brunch. I have celiac disease and brought a friend and she could not even tell that the food was gluten-free. Amazing place! Try the mini cinnamon roll!

Excellent experience here! The food was delicious and the menu wasn’t overwhelming. So many tasty options for sweet and savory. The Chicken and waffles was even bigger than I expected it to be and I was thrilled about that! The space is super cute and just fun and relaxing to be in.
Tacos (pictured) were fabulous too as well as my bagel sandwich. And the prices seemed right.
