Nice lady but she’s very cheap if you ask for extra she pretends to grab more then right before she leave her hand from the bowl she lets go of most of the toppings. Same with sauce. The whole franchise went down hill portions are smaller all around including the bread. Definitely not worth it at all.

With close to 13 million views of my reviews I hope they are allowing people that are reading them to make informed decisions. Today I ordered from Subway through their app. When I went to pick up my order it was not even close to what I ordered on the app. Perhaps it’s a glitch in the system. I really don’t know. I didn’t want to take any frustration out on the employee because he said he made it as it was printed on the receipt on their end. I told him that I paid the additional amount for the guacamole through the app which was reflected on the receipt. However, he didn’t offer a complimentary replacement… He instead charged me for another one. I wish I could take back the tip I left now. Needless to say…. I will be deleting the app and I will no longer spend my money at Subway.

My husband and I went in for lunch on a Tuesday around noon. It was a very nice experience. The two men making our food did a great job and the place was really clean. Best subway experience in a while.

Wish I would’ve been able to order! My boyfriend and I walked in, and a heavier man with long dark hair said “give me a minute” and continued scrolling on his phone… he continued standing at the register scrolling for 6 mins while we stared at him and waited. I said “I guess we’re leaving I’m not waiting for you to scroll all day.” And we left. Horrible place don’t go here unless you like being ignored

I would like to shout out the store. It is just amazing! It is always the same to you guys when I go in there. I swear they work every day lol but they always have a smile on their face! I do drive out of my way to come to this location because of them you can definitely tell that they take care of their customers and the food that they are making. I really appreciate the fact that every time I get my sandwich, there’s a little bite of every ingredient. I asked for every single time I go to this location.
Additionally, I am very sad to see the dippers are going away, but they kindly let me know which is something they didn’t have to do, but it’s just another way. They’re going out of their way to make their customers satisfied and leave with a smile on their faces!
I really wish I knew their names so that I could put them here!

I know subway has gotten a bit a hate over the few years, and I’ll admit I haven’t gone in probably 2 years. But I got to say, I was impressed.
The quality was amazing and the customer service was great.

Came in and ordered a 12″ subway club and a 12″ flatbread. The 12″ was how it was supposed to be, but the way they rolled my flatbread made it a 6″ and it was completely split… And instead of fixing it, they just put extra flatbread on my tray to fix it myself…. Very bad customer service. Learn how to do your job….

At the very end of the day at close, I received 3 sandwiches, cookies, chips, and drinks. The bread was soft, ingredients were fresh, and my entire order was correct and the cashier double checked. They were low on cookies so I had to wait (I didn’t mind. They called to ask my preference and I requested to wait). There was only one worker in there (Rick?). He was very kind, extremely polite, was moving as quickly as he could, He was very clean and changed his gloves constantly according to protocol. His customer service skilled while under pressure was admirable and impressive as more customers arrived at close.

Came in and white guy greeted me and then walked away and few minutes later African American lady comes out took my order, she didn’t know what she was doing got home meat ball sub was cold and nasty! And I told her twice that meatballs were not hot! She ignored me! Then got chicken bacon ranch told me didn’t need to warm the chicken or bacon I said I wanted it toasted she didn’t listen and the sandwich was cold when I got home! The lettuce was old and brown, and the spinach was soaked from water and turning colors. Spent $50 was waiste of money! Never will be back

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE. this location has a massive problem and it’s not the employees, it’s the ownership. Ownership doesn’t give a flip about their customers since they only ever have one employee making the subs. Their employees do the best they can. They’re out here charging similar prices as Jersey Mike’s but they have 5 employees making your food and making it fast. Ownership needs to make some changes if they want to keep this location open long-term. Honestly a joke of an owner/ownership group
