Place appeared dark and dirty. Poor presentation of dress and appearance of staff. Pizza slice was handled by staff that handled the register. Not clean and terrible pizza presentation and taste. I only had a few bites because the crust was handled by the dirty cash register hands. This place needs to tighten-up!

Beyond the fact that the food is getting worse by the year, this place does not respect its customers. I was served a half-rotten salad, and then given a credit, with apology some weeks ago. Now, under pretext that there’s a new management, the store will not honor this credit. When I told them I was upset about this, they hung up on me. How RUDE. Seems they will need to change management, and maybe staff, again soon. This is not a way to treat customers! Steer clear, there’s much better places to get good pizza and service.

PERFECT, pizza was hot and exactly the way I ordered it. Brandy was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu she took the time to answer all my questions while asking new callers to politely hold while she accommodated my needs. That is customer service not just taking an order but to please EVERY customer that calls. My pizza was ABSOLUTELY the best pizza my husband and I have ever had, and we are from NY. Big shout out to Jose the pizza guy…..WHOOOO U NAILED IT. From the dough to the sauce most important. We will never order from any place. Thank You for a wonderful first but not last experience.

Been ordering from this restaurant about twice a month for the past 25 years. The past 2 orders (delivered by them) were horrible. When placing my last order I was told they were under new management and the menu had changed. I placed my usual order for 2 pizzas and a Calzone and specified no garlic oil on the calzone (as was the case with the previous order). Again, the pizza was terrible and the calzone was so bad my daughter threw it away. You can rest assured that I will not be ordering from Village Pizza again. The quality just isn’t there.

Visited this place while here on vacation for the holiday (the last my family and i will have with my mother) I haven’t had Village Pizza since 2006 when I left Spring Hill and moved to New York with my wife. I can tell you this, its just as I remembered. The kid throwing pies, was tossing ’em in the air like he’s been doing this 30 years. Jokes on me, he’s 22!! Kids insane, what a nostalgic way to start the week with my Mom. Thanks for the memories ❤️

waited over an hour for GARLIC BREAD while the pizza is sitting on the oven, asked for it to be warmed up and then they burn it. One of the workers hands the pizza over and says “well you wanted it well done right”. Owner claims it’s not burnt. What do you think? THIS PLACE SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. Will not be returning.

This place has the best food since NY!!! I’ve been to many really bad pizzaria’s!! In Pasco and Hernando counties!!! Mant rated higher than this Take only place!!! But this one out shines them all!!! They are expensive but well worth the price of admission…. if you get my drift!!! I love this place!!!

I have called 7 times to try to feed my household tonight. This horrible establishment is unprofessional and rude. Their phone system has been going in and out all night and my call was directed 4 times but my roommate had tried to call several times before I did and kept getting dropped as successfully gave my order to someone the call dropped before I was able to provide an address so I come back and provide provided an address. After an hour of not receiving our delivery, I called back and it was not asked for my address, but told that all the deliveries were out on the road. I waited another hour and called back and my call was dropped twice but when finally speaking to the store manager, she said she did not have a delivery for this address and I must have ordered somewhere else. This isn’t the 90s, the number that I ordered from is in my call history. It was the store manager that I spoke with on several of those calls and then she hung up on me. She lacks the customer service skills for a successful business. This place is nothing like the original. I’ll be calling Guidos Pizza.

This happened about a week or two ago. The pizza is good. But why cant they figure out their grubhub ordering? I try to do grubhub pickup order and everytime I walk in, the cashier is like “oh we forgot to check it, we can make it now, be about a 30 or 40 minute wait”. Happens everytime.
When I politely ask about it and get a manager involved they say just call and order for a guaranteed to make it. Then blames grubhub. Then why have the option to order om grubhub for pickup????
Doesn’t sound like a grubhub issue, sounds like a village pizza issue if the staff doesn’t check the online orders. I personally like to pay with googlepay on grubhub, I refuse to give my card out over the phone to pay for pickup!!! My debit card has been compromised so many times giving your card over the phone. M
Makes me wonder if one of these employees is saving my information cause when I pay with card over the phone, coincidentally my card has charges that aren’t mine!!!!!

We have always ordered from Village pizza, my husbands family has ALWAYS ordered from this place. However as of late, we keep getting rude staff, our order is always forgotten about because we usually order thru Grub hub. But tonight was absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.
We placed our order at 7pm, it was 9 something. My husband called, asking when our pizza would be delivered. He was than told the order never came thru their system. For them to turn around and call to tell us it was out for delivery.
So we waited til 9:30, and NO PIZZA. My husband went to Village pizza in person. Asking to just get our pizza. The ” owner” who my husband said spoke to him in a very condescending manner. Told him they wouldn’t make his pizza and it was grub hubs issue.
When my husband left, they PROCEED to follow him to his car. Still belittling etc. What kind of business does that? Especially to people who have been buying locally from this place for years.
Will definitely NOT be buying from them again. And NOW I know why they are constantly going through people there.
