I should have discovered this neighborhood gem a long time ago. The items I selected for a takeout lunch with my grandson were delicious — and kid-approved (he’s a picky eater!).

I was able to easily order online before leaving a dental appointment, and by the time we arrived at their location, the wait was only a few minutes. They provide an electronic pager so you can wait comfortably in your car until your food is ready, which was especially appreciated with unmelted snow still on the ground.

Although this is a food truck, they have their setup very well organized. The smells coming from the ordering window were absolutely mouthwatering.

Chicken Tacos – Four freshly made tacos with your choice of meat (we chose shredded chicken), topped with onion, cilantro, radish, lime, and multiple sauces. My grandson dove into his meal so quickly — after kindly sharing one taco with me — that I forgot to grab a photo!

Birria Pupusas – Three generously sized pupusas stuffed with beef birria, cheese, onion, and cilantro, served with cabbage on the side.

We also ordered the Plátanos (fried plantains), served with a dollop of sour cream — delicious.

The portions were very filling; I have more than enough for another meal. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the prices were very reasonable.

The best compliment I can give? My grandson has already requested that whenever I come to visit (which is pretty often — I live just three miles away, LOL), we order takeout from here again.

I think we’ve found a new regular spot — one I only wish I had tried much sooner!

We stopped here for an unplanned quick bite after stopping for gas at a random Exxon. Very nice people. I ordered two tacos very plain for my son, (cheese, rice and chicken/beef) who told me he had to plug his nose before he could eat them because they smelled so wonderful he couldn’t stand it. My tacos were also good (the ones with the onion and cilantro in the photo) of the chicken or beef, the beef were more flavorful. I only about had an emergency driving though when I tasted the tomato sauce because it was really spicy. the sliced cucumbers were a wonderful touch and the presentation was much nicer than I expected from a taco truck. Thanks for a good bite!

I tried this place for the first time yesterday and I’m embarrassed to admit that I got food from there again today for dinner. It was that good. Yesterday I got the steak burrito and today I got the birria burrito, chips and salsa, and tamales. Everything was delicious! I will definitely be back soon

A true treasure! I got tacos and a burrito (for the next day). Both delicious and carefully crafted. Tacos (al pastor) came with several sauces, veggies, a lot of meat, and double tortillas. The burrito (birria) was a giant, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a burrito that big! Full of meat and not overly cheesy. They added a bonus meaty broth. $28 for all including taxes. I’ll go out of my way to eat here again.

It is a food truck, but the food here is amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We always get their Birria Burger. Flavorful, not to salty, the meat is tender, and the pickled jalapenos take it over the top. I could eat this once a week… maybe twice.

Some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in Howard County! Visited today during lunch, there were a lot of people ordering so I knew I was in for a good meal. The staff is very friendly and the food was ready quickly even during a busy lunch rush. They had a great variety of options, and their pricing was very reasonable. I ordered the Birria Tacos (4 for $12) and the nachos. Both were delicious! These are the best Birria Tacos I’ve had! They even have some tables nearby under a tent to sit at after grabbing your food from the truck. Will definitely be returning!

I am always surprised at the quality, freshness, and flavors that come from a food truck. I stopped by on a recommendation from a foodie friend and he was right! The tacos birria, combo fajita and birria quesadilla were great and even the kids liked it as it was just the right amount of spice.

Thanks for the great food.
