From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and energetic make it less a, making it a great spot for both casual meals and special outings. The food is exceptional ,bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and perfectly prepared dishes that truly live up to the name Red Fuego. Every bite is packed with flavor, and you can tell real care goes into both the recipes and presentation.
The staff deserves special recognition for being friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure every guest has a great experience. Service is prompt without feeling rushed, and recommendations are always on point. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the quality consistently exceeds expectations.
If you’re looking for delicious food, great service, and a place you’ll want to come back to again and again, Red Fuego is a must-visit in Lehi. Highly recommended.

Let’s start with I can’t say I’ve had Peruvian food before and I was not disappointed. You’ve got to try this!
Just randomly picked this place to try something new. At first we had no clue what it looked like since there were no pictures of the food. There were only two other groups of 4 people in the restaurant.
We about left but then were asked if we needed help (should have been asked the moment we walked in). We said it’s our first time and asked for pictures. They fixed the TV that had them. The food looked good so we stayed and ordered.
I got the half chicken with 2 sides (I chose fries and plantains). The wife chose the Lomo Saltado (pretty much steak fajitas).
Both meals were hot and served quickly.
The thing about this food is it’s not spicy hot. The flavors are there and I found them delicious. I couldn’t eat all the fries and we did have some leftovers to take home.
The prices are about where we are expecting all of them to be these days. You get well worth the money’s worth of food.
I would definitely eat here again.

We stopped here for lunch and we were totally impressed! The lady taking our order was extremely kind and informative. She recommended the fettuccine and also the lomo saltado, and both dishes were excellent. I had never had the Peruvian yellow pepper flavor before and it was incredible. Both dishes were HUGE, so we could have shared one. Great meat and veggie portions, the rice was cooked perfectly, we will definitely be back to try more.

For my first experience I thought it was pretty good. The timeliness of the food was fast. Service was kind and friendly. The environment is clean and decor is simple but updated and nice. It seemed pricey but food was tasty although they were out of several dishes. Not a fan of my chicken being pink but it was tasty. I also was expecting more than what I had for the half chicken. The fried yucca was amazing and the passion fruit juice and ice cream super udelicious. I will come back to try the other dishes. I recommend.

Don’t waste your time!!!! An hour waiting for food. 30 min in my husband had to ask what was up and found amour they forgot us (it was so slow in there, How could you forget us?!?) then they were out of the rice we ordered and they had to make that. We got half our order by 45min. By an hour we still hadn’t gotten the rice dish that was one whole meal. We had to get somewhere and couldn’t keep waiting for the rice. They refunded the rice dish but made no effort for customer service otherwise. Oh and icing on the cake, the one meal we got had hair in it . The food that we could eat was okay but nothing over the top honestly. Wish I could say we will give them another chance but no way. I’m walking away still so hangry.

Really good food! The portions were great for the price too.

Half chicken and 2 sides might be able to feed 2 people.

May be a regular spot from now on.

Update: Went here a second time near close and they stilllll gave us everything and let us eat in. The service here is great, I have no idea what these Karens are going on about.

This was our first visit to this restaurant. We
Just wanted something better than fast food. We hit the jackpot at red fuego because the food was made fresh and actually had vegetables in it.Oit meal was absolutely delicious. We have become regular customers and as seniors, my husband and I split an entree which is more than enough food for 2 of us. We are now regular customers and have enjoyed every entree that we have tried.

They rarely even show up by the time they are supposed to open. Got there around noon & they were just pulling up & said they had to set up & it would be a while. Very few times have my orders actually been accurate & one time I didn’t even get any meat in my plate just noodles. We like the food when they get it right but it’s becoming ridiculous & not worth it.

First time at Red Fuego in Saratoga Springs. I had looked at the menu before so I could be familiar
Got there, only part of the menu I had looked at was available. The girl at the counter was no help, no ideas of what was good or popular. Just stared at us until we ordered. I ordered the 1/4 chicken breast with rice and black beans. Most boring meal ever, although the chicken breast was good. My husband’s sweet potato fries were good.
NOT a great experience. Horrible service.

First, I have to say I rarely make reviews on food places unless I am really disappointed. I wouldn’t be making this if I hadn’t already dined at Red Fuego previously and didn’t have anything to compare it to.

In the past I’ve always eaten at the Red Fuego in Lehi and have always had the best experience. I can not say the same for the Saratoga location.
Both my son and I ordered the Lomo Saltado and after waiting for nearly 35 minutes and having to track down the teenage cashier who was occupied with her friends visiting her at work, to tell her our order was ready after it sat there for almost 5 minutes in the window, I sat down to eat and realized it was not even remotely close to the amount of meat I usually receive.
I’ve added photos (after I removed the onions and tomatoes away to show just how little meat there is.)
It’s not even just the fact there were 5 pieces of meat. 5 pieces can be a lot if they are thickly cut (which is what I’ve received in the past at the lehi location) but these were very thin slices.

I would expect this at a less expensive place but for $20(including tax don’t come at me) a plate, I was definitely disappointed.

I will still recommend anyone to RedFuego because the food is THAT good but I would advise to only frequent the Lehi location unless something changes at the Saratoga location with the service and the quantity of meat.
